What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that RingEX is user-friendly, which significantly simplifies my interactions and enhances efficiency when reaching out to multiple patients. The ease of communicating with several patients from a single number, especially one that matches the local area code, is invaluable in maintaining a familiar connection. Additionally, the training and reliable customer service offered by RingEX bolster my experience, ensuring that any issues or inquiries I have are promptly and effectively addressed. This comprehensive support system makes the maintenance and ongoing use of RingEX convenient and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limitation in registering an unlimited number of local phone lines frustrating, which forces me to delete and switch out numbers instead. Additionally, the initial setup of RingEX was somewhat tricky due to the involvement of multiple phone lines, although maintenance has become easier over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX to communicate with multiple patients efficiently from a single regional phone number, enhancing familiarity and ease of contact. Its user-friendly interface simplifies communication, and customer service is reliable, though I wish I could register unlimited local phone lines.
Effortless and Intuitive User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, interface is easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say for the back end (administrator access) there's too much things going on and it's hard to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Mitel and it was very complicated to set up and the voice recording function is too hard to use. These problems are solved with ring central.

I really appreciate the convenience that RingEX offers, making it incredibly simple to manage both my business and personal calls on a single device, which eliminates the need for carrying two separate phones. The feature of being able to install the RingEX app and access both my business and personal lines on one phone is a huge advantage for me. Additionally, I love the functionality of using my phone from my desktop to make video calls and send texts, which allows me to maintain a professional boundary by not using my personal number for client communications, preventing distractions at work. Furthermore, the initial setup of RingEX was very easy, which I found delightfully straightforward, streamlining the onboarding process significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I recently faced an issue where not all the lines were ringing as an operator, which disrupted our workflow. When I contacted customer service, it was challenging to understand the first representative I spoke with due to a thick accent, making communication difficult. I had to be transferred to another person for better assistance, which was an inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX simplifies my work by combining personal and business lines on one phone, reducing distractions and enhancing communication with desktop texting and video calls.
Great Support and Communication, Needs Simpler Modules

I find RingEX incredibly valuable for facilitating communication across our offices. It allows us to seamlessly transfer vendor, customer, and intra-office calls, which is crucial for our business operations. The support provided is exceptional, especially in building custom routines that align with our unique business needs. This support has been instrumental in executing our communication strategy effectively, saving us time and enhancing our confidence in the system's performance. Additionally, RingEX's capabilities have allowed us to discontinue other chat tools like Slack, as it offers a comprehensive service that meets all our communication requirements.

I find it troublesome that texting outside the company is challenging with RingEX, potentially due to regulatory issues. Additionally, managing after-hours and on-call schedules is cumbersome, as the current setup isn't straightforward and could benefit from a simpler module.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using RingEX because it has been an integral part of our communication with both customers and staff, primarily through voice, SMS, and fax for the past five years. What I appreciate most about RingEX is its ease of use and administration, which simplifies complex tasks greatly. The notes feature on the dial pad is particularly impressive as it serves as a substantial time saver, allowing for automatic updates of call notes. Additionally, the browser add-in is an excellent tool, as it provides an efficient click-to-call feature, facilitating quick communication through a simple click on a phone number to initiate a call or send a text. The initial setup of RingEX was a positive experience, making the transition from ShoreTel/Mitel smooth for our team. The fact that it allows testing integrations with other platforms, such as HubSpot and Bullhorn, adds immense value as it seamlessly fits into our existing technological ecosystem. Overall, RingEX is a reliable solution that meets our company's needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that RingEX lacks direct integration options with certain products like Avionte, requiring us to develop an API for integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like RingEX because it allows me to communicate with people in the US while being based in Latin America, making my work efficient. I find the app convenient due to its features such as chatting with team members and screen sharing, which enhance collaboration. It's very valuable as it serves as an internal communication system, allowing us to connect without the need for separate meetings like Google Meet or Teams. The initial setup was smooth and intuitive, simply requiring installation on my devices and logging in, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like the initial audio in RingEX. It says 'connecting' or something similar with a music background, which I don’t think is very professional.

I use RingEX for seamless communication with the US while based in Latin America. It serves as an internal communication tool, enabling easy chats and screen sharing with team members, reducing the need for other meeting platforms.
Great for Managing Driver Calls, But Robo Faxes Are Annoying

Good Features, But Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the features that RingEX offers, such as text messaging and voicemails, which facilitate much easier communication internally with my employees. These features are particularly valuable for running everything we need, from PDFs to video and audio file shares, through the platform, ensuring a seamless operation within my insurance agency. I also find it very useful to have the ability to manage multiple phone numbers, allowing me to choose which number to receive calls or make outgoing calls from, which significantly supports my business communications. Furthermore, RingEX has proven to be an effective voice over IP solution that enables me to work virtually and remotely, even from outside the country, making it exceptionally versatile for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up RingEX a bit challenging initially because I wasn't familiar with the back office settings. I had to rely heavily on customer service to help with the setup, as I lacked the expertise to do it on my own. Additionally, I'm not exactly fond of the customer service staff being overseas.

I find RingEX enhances communication through features like text messaging and voicemails, streamlining internal employee communication. It also supports sharing PDFs, videos, and audio files, which is crucial for my virtual and remote work environment.
