Ring Central Saved us
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central came in at a time we needed them most. We tried a competitior who promissed us 24/7 support and the ability to SMS. they dropped the ball on both of these. Ring Central quickly onboarded us and got us our texts back with 24/7 support that never leaves me in the dark.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI isn't clean and self explanatory alot of things have to be looked up in multiple places to edit and undertsand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to text while giving easy to read analystics for stakeholders. There is also CRM integration for data management

Useability is the best, and does not lag.

No caller ID for the people im calling. so i know who im calling.

Ease of management
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple businesses using RingEX and the management of multiple accounts is very easy compared to our old provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time it takes to get support on the phone, and the fact that you can't seperate the ring tone for phone calls and intercom calls, or do custom ring for intercom calls. My boss doesn't like the fact that it rings or plays music before the beat.

Ring Central Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to navigate when it comes to adding new users. If you have a team that is constantly growing or changing, this platform is for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Registering for a text campaign has been very challenging and we have received minimal help from Ring Central. However, we are still expected to pay $20 every time we submit, which is disappointing and a waste of of program funding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily add new team members to call queues, as well as forward lines entirely if I have team members who are out of the office. This ensures seamless coverage for my program at all times.

I ilke all the different opptions to set up extensions.

It is hard to get a hold of out rep. when I have an issue.

Editing review because review was incentivized, but incentive was never received.
What do you dislike about the product?
RingCX integration is extremely buggy and the lack of presence sync between CX and EX is very detrimental

Ease of use. Very simple to figure things out. Messaging, send faxes. Enjoy using it on a daily basis.

I do not dislike anything. Nothing is hard to understand. Everything is well explained.

No problems. Very benificial to our office.
