Decent Software, Isn't Widely Used
What do you like best about the product?
The software launches quickly once downloaded to your computer and has decent video quality and screen share capabilities. The mobile app for iOS is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral is not widely used by organizations, so if you are meeting with someone for the first time, they have trouble downloading the software and it often causes meetings to start late. The integration with Microsoft Outlook is terrible and breaks often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global screen share and calling is convenient for our international teams and clients/partners.
Great communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Communication with everyone in the office is provided with ease with this system,use to call a colleague or do a conference with your team ,it’s amazing.allows you too see if an extension is busy ,also allows to personalise the status
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes gets hanged but thats very rare,does not have any issues

Being able to send faxes electronically and no longer need a physical fax machine

Not being able to filter junk fax pages through email

Being able to quickly send, receive, and save fax pages without the physical machine or paper

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can transfer by typing in colleague names. I like that I can choose to ring to a device or the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting on ring central is very inconsistent and often incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely and with Ring Central I'm not required to have a phone line or desk phone. I can use any computer or phone to log in.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, you can call multiple countries, the option to text, and the fact that you can do alot with the call forwarding settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you call from the app it doesn't always sync properly with my phone and my desktop. Occasionally the connection strength isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get my calls done quickly is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Member can join the meeting via their computer or by calling the phone number provided. It is easy to use and to figure out. Not complicated. Easy to mute and just be a listener.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any negative comments at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beneficial to get the team together on one phone call so we can all be on the same page. Easy to share information with a group vice calling each person individually. Increases collaboration.
Love Ring Central
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can set a link for each of my coworkers to have a meeting room that we use for our daily meetings for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything that I dislike abut ringcentral meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now use ringcentral meeting for our daily company morning meetings. It is so much easier to have a video meeting than to try and fut everyone in one area.

What I like best about Ring Central Meeting is that it is very user friendly, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Ring central meetings is that it could be hard to connect some times.

We use Ring Central meetings to have monthly meetings and to support our agents in store.
Much better than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is more reliable, and has better customer support, than the competitors I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service isn't always perfect (occasionally, as with any VoIP, it can be crackly and hard to hear).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables my team to work remotely while having our business numbers on our own cells.
