The best program for instant virual client meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can just email my clients my meeting room URL and they can jump straight into the meeting room for a screenshare is amazing. It's really easy and I do not have to verbally tell them the link to join in. Saves a lot of time for me. The app overall is self explanatory and very easy to use. I use one PMI so it's even easier with 1 URL for all meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
After every meeting session ends Ringcentral asks me to give a thumbs up or thumbs down to share my experience. Once every 10-15 meetings is fine but after every meeting I have to do it this is annoying. I have reported this to customer support many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one PMI I just have my clients save it and when they want join my meeting room for a discussion and a screenshare. This saves me from back and forth emails to setup time and them meetup. RC meetings is a big time timesaver app for business professionals.

The inconsistency of the application. When utilizing the audio feature sometimes you are heard and sometimes you are not. Connection varies

The most helpful thing about ringcentral is that there is voice to text voicemails and auto dialing

I dislike the fact that their are multiple apps for the same tool and if you download the wrong one is screws everything up

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see who is in the meetings and when they have their mic on or are dialed in

The amount of dials you have to do just to log in to a meeting

So many different numbers to dial

What do you like best about the product?
The app has a clean look and works well for the simple features like call, speaker, search contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to find the more nuanced but necessary features like call forwarding and ring splash. Also, there are 3 different places to update settings. On the phone, on the desktop app, and on the portal. Difficult to know where to go to update something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Ring Central as a communications management tool.
Works well, has some work to do.

It is great to use when the features are made clear. Never a dropped call.

It is not easy to create a link to send to people via email to screen share for meetings. Skype business and zoom are a little easier to do this with.

The link to send out to people externally is hard to create (and even find)

It’s great but try to learn how to use it before actually setting up or joining meetings
Best Fax service
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using RingCentral Fax feature for 2 years now and it's great. It allows you to track sent/received faxes and organize your contacts easily. It can also integrate with a lot of services and help you save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any issue with it. although I've noticed a minor delay sometimes, which doesn't affect my job, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can integrate with your email address and you can send and receive faxes directly on your email.

I highly recommend it

It is an easy to operate software, accessible each time and helps connect our clinics. Also, calling patients is easy. There is a record too of the calls and meetings so that is an asset too

It sometimes just hangs up on you, especially when internet load is high. So sometimes it is not that reliable as it is supposed to be. That is why the score 9

What do you like best about the product?
You can text call and fax for one central app on your desktop it’s really easy. Love how it stores contacts. Provides you a personal number as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is attachments can’t be pdf for text or fax which sucks but that’s all honestly.

I’m texting customers for follow ups. Sending/Receiving photos from technicians to provide tech support on commercial refrigeration units.
