Maybe you can improve some flexibility. Possibly in the future it can be programmed.

Intuitive and adaptable platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it is a dynamic platform that allows for the easy addition of external tools. It is very intuitive and adapts to the type of class of each teacher, and for students, with Pulse, it is very easy to check their course information, submit activities, and stay up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that sometimes the response time from support is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Bs, we have ensured that the content is always available to students, in addition to facilitating class management by teachers. The benefits are that Bs, being a secure platform, safeguards the resources as well as the information shared by teachers and students.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The stability of the platform is very good, however, I think that one aspect to improve is the response times to the tickets.

I like that the interface and the way to move around the platform are very user-friendly.

Some types of question creation can be very complicated. They are not so easy for the user.

Online classes. It helps us to be able to upload content and for students to submit assignments and evaluations. The great benefit is that everything is done within the same platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform is very complete, and the important thing is to take advantage of all the tools it offers in the best way. If you learn how to use each tool correctly, it will be effortless to use them.
You can always learn how to use the platform's tools to solve the problems that arise, and there are constant updates to improve the platform.
The activities open the door to being able to ask students for deliverables and to be able to grade them in a very comfortable way. It also allows you to give them feedback, both in text and in audio and video. You can even indicate in the student's document the corrections you want to give them.

Brightspace is a friendly platform to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use platform, friendly to the user, and allows fast and secure access to the different activities. In addition to this, it allows me to access the different courses that I have registered, it shows me the material, the pending activities and the expiration dates. Therefore, it also sends me notifications or reminders of important events such as evaluations, meetings or pending tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has different chances of better in terms of reviewing comments or evaluations of the jobs that are uploaded. The above, because I have wanted to access the feedbacks of the works that I have uploaded but it is confusing the way to identify the right route to do it. But in general, I like the whole platform, I have not had many problems, or those that I have had have been solved effectively and on time. Perhaps one thing that I dislike is that I cannot configure what kind of "advertising" or links appear on the right side. Many times it shows me information that is not relevant to me and it would be interesting to configure these spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that it allows me to solve is the interaction with the teacher and different students. The benefits I have had have been to review material uploaded by the teacher and access activities such as quizzes, workshops, or exams. Another problem that helps me solve is the reminder of pending shipments, such as workshops, meetings, evaluations, and others, for which I have no excuse for missing these responsibilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a first mapping on the characteristics of the platform. Observe the menus, routes, sections, etc. Then, identify the options that will be most frequent in your day to day to be clear about the routes and ways of accessing the platform.
It is a great tool. Improvements are continuously being added for more intuitive handling.
What do you like best about the product?
The design, the integration of tools, resources, activities, etc. Updates are being made that improve the more efficient use of available resources for the best learning of students. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me that there are still details to improve that would facilitate the scheduling of activities, evaluations, etc. The shorter the path to do it, the better it will be for the teachers. There are many resources available, but some could be made more efficient or integrated into a single tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have direct communication with the Brightspace team, only at an internal level. It would be amazing if we had the opportunity to communicate our experiences to that team, as sometimes we don't know if they have information about our concerns and experiences. I know it's not possible to listen to or read everyone, but it would be very enriching for them to have contact with some.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a way of direct communication with a group of users. In the case of a university, with the professors who use it, not just with the coordinating team, since often they do not teach classes and do not face the daily needs of those of us who do.
Excellent educational platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Brightspace since January of this year and it has seemed to me to be an easy-to-use platform, complete with content and information. It has good tools and allows interaction in the academic process.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I like everything, I have nothing to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has allowed me to have contact and follow-up with my students. I love the grade or score calculation option. It's good that it allows the inclusion of videos, images, news, and external information links.
CLEAN INTUITIVE EXPERIENCE
What do you like best about the product?
Its really clear, I mean its interface, and its userfriendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are missing, such as peer-to-peer evaluation in assignations or easy edition of quiz questions. The content interface (at least in a screen computer) is small and gives the feel that there are some "free space" that can be used in a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving is having the teachers of our university to use brightspace as their new LMS. The benefits is that teachers are real happy and have been learning to use brighstpace in a easy and intutitive way making the transition easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend teachers to be careful when creating questions for their exams because the edition once the quiz has been answered are complicated and, in some questions, practically impossible.
Modernizing Interactive Learning (MIL)
What do you like best about the product?
The main function that I like the most about D2L BrgihtSpace, compared to other LMS used, is the great organizational versatility that can be achieved with the tools to create new content or use existing ones. The appearance of the "Content" tab is very nice, clean and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps, one of the things that I have not liked so much is the apparent repetitiveness of functions that fulfill similar objectives, but on the platform it is not evident: as it happens in a chat or forum, which can be similar in functionality. Additionally, I find it a bit distracting, the font size of some secondary titles over others that are more important; it would be much more useful to use a more compact interface without so many empty spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like it because in this LMS I have been able to see the implementation of many other tools used by the university where I study and work. There, several integrations have been made with Zoom, Panopto, Turnitin and it is very positive because most of the features have high compatibility with the LMS systems such as user registration, roles, permissions and qualifications, for example.
The benefits that this brings is the improvement in the study experience of the students and the centralization of academic material in a single environment without distractions and always keeping or keeping the most important thing at hand.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very interesting to always be aware of the implementation of new updates as a method of own feedback on the new features that D2L can add. Likewise, it allows you to learn in depth about the management and administration of the platform in various ways. The main derived recommendation that could be delivered would be to properly train with expert advisors and accompany this training with autonomous homework. Platforms are often more useful than what we can see above.
Among other features, the way in which students can take different video tasks or audio tasks is very good with a whole system implemented to be able to rate, comment, publish, share and observe with the students and from my profile as a teacher.
