What do you like best about the product?
I highlight the customer support, as they are always ready and willing to help us, and the ease of use of the platform. Emphasizing the number of available resources and also the ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet encountered a disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are always innovating and willing to develop whatever is necessary, thus continuously improving the platform's performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete and effective LMS. It has a huge range of information, both to display and to feed into the portal. It has agile support and, so far, effective, solving all doubts and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not very objective and some processes end up taking longer due to "ties" that are systemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, I am not aware of any process.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a multitude of tools and resources, which benefit both the development of activities by students, serving as a good means to enhance learning, and the management of learning by teachers and the technical-pedagogical team. The teacher has various options to format their courses in a coherent and innovative way, ensuring that studies in the distance learning mode are effective for student learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, nothing displeases the institution, as the tools provided and developed fully meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day, improving the tools for student activities that are carried out with the mediation of technology. The support is always quick and we rarely experience any instability, which makes the institution confident about what it provides to the students.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable aspect of D2L Brightspace is their team. We have been collaborating with them for over a year, and whenever we've needed assistance from the implementation team, customer support, or our client success agent, we've received it promptly. The platform's key advantages are its stability and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of D2L Brightspace is its discussions feature, which feels overly bureaucratic. I wish I could create a simple discussion topic that could be responded to without the need to set up a thread and a forum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
D2L Brightspace addresses our learning environment challenges by providing a stable platform for making learning materials available to our students, enabling teachers to assess assignments and communicate with them effectively. The primary benefit is having a single platform that meets all our teaching needs, establishing a consistent standard across our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been administrating DL2 Brightspace since 2022, in two different institutions. The platform is easy to use and integrates well with other systems. What I like the most about DL2 is the support that is offered to the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Brightspace has too many blank spaces that can't be filled. I would like to have more features to fill the blank spaces with images and colors, so I can make a better-looking digital space for the students in my institution and to encourage them to use Brightspace with more frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The institution I work for needed a platform where the students could have access to academic calendars and classes contents. DL2 Brightspace is meeting very well all the needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Brightspace at the organization where I work for 1 year, and we have an average of 20,000 users enrolled on the platform. With a high number of users, one of the positive aspects I like most about this system is the way it combines innovation with security. I feel safe within Brightspace because I know my data is protected in every detail of the system while I enjoy the features it offers.
Another positive aspect I really like is the number of tools, resources, and settings the system offers us, ensuring a complete experience.
One more positive point I wanted to highlight is about the interface; it is so intuitive and easy to use, making the user experience truly pleasant and uncomplicated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Up to the present moment, I have not identified any tool that is not useful in D2L Brightspace; all the resources are great and meet my needs. Although some are quite similar, we can extract different results.

Everything is moving along, at the moment we don't have any business problems.
Quality user experience and easy administration
What do you like best about the product?
D2L Brightspace is a platform that allows for the creation of very efficient learning experiences that are also pleasant and engaging for students. Additionally, its administration is easy and allows for a significant number of customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that it would be important to implement improvements with Gen AI, and also offer resources, such as completion tracking, in a simple and easy way for all users, allowing it to be easy to see on the course homepage widget card whether the content of the offer is completed or if there are still more activities to be done. I also believe that the option to export some reports in PDF, such as class progress, and evaluation and survey charts, would be alternative methods highly appreciated by customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By presenting and implementing D2L with the clients I serve in my consultancy, we are able to speed up the implementation, facilitate management, and create visual and navigation experiences that excite users, while at the same time reassuring administrators about what is being done.
