What do you like best about the product?
Our sales people no longer work in spreadsheets. Our leadership has real time visibility into real pipelines, projected revenues and the opportunity to salvage “lost deals” based on closed list reasons.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub for its user-friendly nature, making it accessible for all ages and career stages, whether early or late in one's career. The visibility it provides is unmatched, significantly aiding in leading a sales team with actionable data insights. I am impressed by the array of tools within HubSpot Sales Hub, which is not just a pipeline visibility tool but also offers robust capabilities for managing lists, segments, and sequences. The ability to build scoring and triggers through workflows aligns perfectly with our needs and enhances our operational efficiency. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for its comprehensive, superior features compared to other CRM systems, allowing seamless management of sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge I encounter with HubSpot Sales Hub is the learning curve associated with understanding and utilizing all its capabilities. While the platform offers a wide array of functionalities, I sometimes feel we are underutilizing potential features because we lack clarity on how best to leverage them. This requires improved guidance from HubSpot, such as suggested uses and activities tailored for the overall account rather than individual users. Although we have discussions with our customer success team, having more proactive, built-in suggestions would enhance our experience and optimize our use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to gain visibility and actionable data on our sales reps and pipeline. It provides a user-friendly interface for all career stages, impressive tool variety, list and segment management, and workflow triggers, enhancing our sales team's management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use, I love the AI insights, and customizations.

I run into some limitations as an administrator when building things but I'm finding workarounds.

My company is still really new to HubSpot and Sales has never used a CRM so we're still learning the basics.

What do you like best about the product?
bSpot Sales Hub makes it simple to manage the entire sales process in one place. I like how intuitive the interface is for tracking deals, logging activities, and setting up automated sequences. The CRM integrations save a ton of time, reporting is easy to customize, and the visibility it gives across the pipeline helps our team stay aligned and focused on revenue-driving activities.

Some of the more advanced features can feel locked behind higher-tier pricing, which makes scaling up more costly

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us centralize all of our sales activity—contact management, deal tracking, task reminders, and email sequences—into one platform. Before, our sales process was scattered across different tools, which made it harder to maintain visibility and accountability. Now, everything is integrated, automated where possible, and connected to our marketing efforts
