Streamlined Invoicing and Accounting with HubSpot Sales Hub

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub covers many different aspects, allowing you to work on and track various aspects of the business all in one platform. I definitely use the invoices tab under the commerce section and the subscriptions tab the most. I like the way it's formatted, and I find it very organized. I appreciate how invoices are created and that they can be tracked effortlessly. HubSpot has made all the sales outreach more streamlined compared to what we used before, like Stripe and Growbots. It's great because HubSpot covers so much more, offering better value for the money. Even though there's a learning curve due to how much the platform can do, the videos that HubSpot provides make it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is being able to cc other contacts on automatic subscription invoices. You are able to manually go in and create an invoice and add and cc other contacts. But for the subscription invoices, you can only use one contact. A lot of our clients have one approver and one processor for invoices, so it is helpful when I can cc automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to automate invoice follow-ups and track payments, making billing easier. It helps create new revenue streams by allowing me to monitor incoming payments efficiently.

User-Friendly Interface, But Lagging Performance

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use in HubSpot Sales Hub. The forecast view and the sales space are very helpful, especially for my reasonable-sized team. Seeing the view of all their opportunities is brilliant. I also appreciate the score of each opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales workspace is a bit laggy and it often crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub collates all my contacts and opportunities, and the forecast view gives my team a clear view of opportunities. It's easy to use and the sales space is valuable.

Comprehensive Yet Complex Analytics Tool

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the analytics feature in HubSpot Sales Hub. As part of a small team, we have to report back to our manager, and the analytics make that process easy. We can build analytics according to our needs and customize them for specific use cases, allowing all stakeholders to see the status, progression, dollar values, and deal size for each client. The ease of access to create these analytics is a major plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most complex thing and pretty much unsolvable is we need more of automation so that we don't need to hire a sales hub expert externally to solve complex problems. What happens over time is that the workflows get so complex that it's really hard for the revenue ops team to build themselves. The current implementation of AI in HubSpot is not that great and it has a lot of potential, so everyone does not need to hire external HubSpot experts. The thing is over time, it gets complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage leads, monitor client product usage, and track KPIs, making deal cycles more efficient. I appreciate the customizable analytics, allowing my team to report progress clearly and access live data for better decision-making.

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep me organized, especially with reminders and follow-ups, which ensure nothing slips through the cracks. I appreciate that it manages my To-Do List, and overdue list, and organizes clients' information efficiently. I also value the ability to send sequences and emails through the reminders feature, as it helps set sequences and emails clients automatically. The reminders are particularly beneficial when I forget tasks, keeping my workflow smooth. I've been using HubSpot Sales Hub for a few years now, and the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
no
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub keeps me organized with reminders for follow-ups, a To-Do List, and overdue list. It ensures client information is organized and emails are on record, while also setting sequences and emailing clients for me.

Intuitive CRM for a growing startup

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as our CRM to manage contacts, companies, deals, and more recently, growth metrics, leads, and sales goals. It keeps us organized and makes it easy to jump in and support our sellers on any opportunity. I find it both intuitive and powerful once you get a hang of the different object types. The initial setup was straightforward, and our small team had the flexibility to set things up how we liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Driving advanced and automated feature adoption across the team, like email integrations, snippets, workflows, personal tasks and dashboards, etc had been a challenge. Also unwinding some automated things several years later has proven challenging as we decide to leverage certain features like lead tracking. HubSpot (to their credit) has figured out the perfect price / feature wedges on advanced plans, so be prepared to wait to use certain advanced tools until you really need/ are large enough to afford them. That said, I'd still choose them again if I were starting over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as our CRM to manage contacts, companies, and deals, keeping us organized and supporting our sellers. It's intuitive and powerful, helping track partner performance with custom associations.

Intuitive, Comprehensive, and User-Friendly

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be comprehensive and user-friendly. The sequencing and tasks features stand out to me, and I also appreciate the dashboards. The visualization of data is particularly beneficial in my use. The initial setup was pretty good, especially with the help from HubSpot Academy. Overall, the user experience is a key reason we switched from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that while using sequencing in HubSpot Sales Hub, the mass use can sometimes lead to loose ends if the sequence isn't efficient enough. Also, it's a bit frustrating that some meetings aren't tracked unless they're booked directly through a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track outreach and review marketing analytics. It helps with tracking different submarket contacts.

Easy Dashboard Navigation, but Needs More Integrations (e.g., ZOHO)

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easier navigation around dashboard and relevant services
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more integrations, such as ZOHO and a few other apps, to make it easier to connect with the tools I already use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a solid support system that helps smooth things out, but because they lack certain integrations, there’s only so much their support team can do.

Intuitive, Centralized Sales Tools—But Advanced Features Get Pricey and Complex

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its intuitive and centralized sales tools — from contact management and deal tracking to automation and reporting. It helps our team stay organized, streamline workflows, and gain visibility into the entire sales pipeline. Its integration with other systems and built-in analytics make it easy to track performance and improve our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as teams scale. Custom reporting and automation can also feel a bit complex at times, and certain workflows could be more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes CRM, deal tracking, email outreach, and automation in one place, helping our team manage leads more efficiently and stay aligned across the sales pipeline. This improves visibility, reduces manual work, shortens sales cycles, and leads to better follow-ups and higher conversion rates.

Valuable Tool with Learning Curve Challenges

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Kanban board view. I really enjoy being able to see all of the clients and being able to filter depending on any piece of information I'd like to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just some of the visibility of the settings sometimes it takes a really long time to figure out how to edit a certain piece on a card or a property. But that just may take me some time to figure it out. The must have difficult and challenging part was getting our integration set up. It took quite a long time. So we actually were not even able to use HubSpot correctly for some time. It's a very expensive program. And it took a really long time for us to see any return on the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the complexity of organizing our intake department, helping case managers with client engagement, payment collection, and data logging to prevent clients from falling through the cracks.

Smooth Adobe Commerce Integration That Streamlines Deals and Follow-Ups

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how well it integrates with Adobe Commerce for managing deals and tickets. When a quote request is placed on our Adobe Commerce site, it’s automatically synced to HubSpot, where the sales team can manage and track it through the entire lifecycle.

Additionally, when a sample order is placed, we automatically create a task in HubSpot for the sales reps to follow up and convert it into a full product purchase. This keeps the sales process structured, ensures timely follow-ups, and gives the team full visibility in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it can feel a bit limiting when you’re dealing with more complex Adobe Commerce workflows. For anything beyond standard use cases, you often end up relying on custom development or workarounds instead of simple configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of disconnected sales follow-ups and scattered deal management. By syncing quote requests and sample orders from Adobe Commerce into HubSpot, it gives the sales team a single place to manage deals, tasks, and customer conversations.

This helps ensure no quote or sample request is missed, follow-ups happen on time, and sales reps have clear visibility into where each opportunity stands. For us, it’s improved coordination between the website and the sales team, reduced manual effort, and made the overall sales process more structured and reliable.
