Highly Customizable, Yet Needs Better Data Handling

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be highly customizable and versatile to use, which works well based on different use cases. The automations run very smoothly, which provides a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to manipulate data at scale or extract reports and analytics very easily. Although their upcoming HubSpot AI makes it slightly easier to navigate through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize our deals in a structured way, keeping on top of each activity efficiently and scalable.

Prospect Info Is Easy to Find and Well Organized

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all of the information for the prospect is fairly easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the leads that come in don´t come with the correct information at times. The number to be dialed can also be lost in the dialing tab. That might be an aircall issue but it just doesn´t work the best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found that other CRMs feel clustered and confusing. Once I got the hang of hubspot, it was a lot easier to handle

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub excels with its intuitive interface and seamless CRM integration. The pipeline management tools make tracking deals effortless, and the email tracking and sequencing features save significant time. The drag-and-drop deal board gives great visibility into the sales process, and the reporting dashboards help identify bottlenecks quickly. Integration with Gmail and Outlook works flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be steep for smaller teams, especially when scaling up the number of users and needing additional features. The reporting customization, while powerful, has a learning curve and some advanced reports require the higher-tier plans. Customer support response times could be faster. Additionally, some automation features that should be standard require upgrading to premium tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with fragmented sales data and missed follow-ups before HubSpot Sales Hub. Now we have a centralized pipeline where every deal, contact, and communication is tracked automatically. Email sequences ensure no lead goes cold, and the meeting scheduler has eliminated back-and-forth emails. As a result, our team's response time improved by 40% and deal close rates have increased noticeably since implementation.

Effortless Customization, Streamlined Sales Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the configuration in HubSpot Sales Hub. It's just drag and drop, which makes it very simple and easy to use. In other CRMs, I had to call technical support to get everything configured, but with HubSpot, I can easily customize my dashboard by drag and drop, and if I change my mind, I can do it again without any hassle. This flexibility makes it very easy for me as every salesperson has different things they want to see on their dashboard. Also, I don't have to remember things on my own because all the information I need to keep on my clients is stored in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say maybe to have a color option. I'm a person that uses colors for different things, and so having a color option would make it easier for me to spot certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track my messages and client interactions, generate reports, and stay focused. It centralizes all client information, so I don't have to remember it all myself.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use compared to other CRM. The added AI feature allows for a smooth introduction with new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from SFDC, it does not offer as many features. I would like a mapping tool.

It keeps all the Territory Managers contacts and accounts in one area, allows for easy reporting and keeping track of piplines

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is an AIO CRM tool that allows us to stay on top of our prospects without needing to go to multiple different websites to track the lifecycle of a customer
What do you dislike about the product?
Well many of the features are appreciated, I think HubSpot suffers from trying to do too much. There's many features that are completely useless, and some that WOULD be great but they're buggy / poorly developed. They also frequently re-work the UI which makes it confusing to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is our source of truth for prospects and customer journeys. It's solving our problem of tracking how prospects are funnelling through our pipeline and assisting us in closing future deals faster. It's also helpful to give us reminders of who needs to be reached out to.

HubSpot’s Outlook Sales Extension Makes Follow-Ups Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is the Sales extension in Outlook. It makes it so easy to set a reminder to follow up with a client when emailing them straight from the email iteself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deals feature could use some improvements. Not sure when it was last updated but it seems quite dated compared to other CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the troubles of losing opportunities by utilizing the reminder/task feature. Making it easy to create tasks and deals is the reason I use HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizing construct and the recent UI overhaul. I find the new UI to be more intuitive, and the organizing construct, once you get how all the objects work, makes it easy to navigate to the right information quickly. The initial setup was quick and easy, pretty painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function has gotten better, but I wish it were smarter. I still feel like it surfaces other results than the one that I'm looking for with regularity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run our entire two-company sales motion out of HubSpot Sales Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for sales reporting and to manage all our sales operations within it. The UI is very easy to use, the AI features are brilliant and we can check Sales Performance using reports

Nothing it's a great product and has everything we need
