What do you like best about the product?
Inbound marketing and content generated growth are Hubspots sweet spots. Blog, SEO, Landing Pages, and email all live together. Native attributions speed the time it takes to close opportunities. Easy lead scoring and lead nurture programs round out the top reasons to appreciate Hubspot's robust platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multitude of features, dashboards and interfaces may confuse the new users of Hubspot in the beginning. But once you become familiar with the "mission critical" features, you will appreciate not needing an army of team members to get this platform implemented for go live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of not needing an array of tools to get up and running. And the ability to easily connect Hubspot to other tools using their seamless API Connection is paramount.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and makes managing leads and deals much easier. The mail tracking, automation, and pipeline visibility help sales teams and data research teams stay tuned and follow up at the right time without missing any contanct.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation of HubSpot Sales Hub is that advanced features can become expensive as your team grows. And also there can be a learning curve issues when setting up complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered sales data and manual follow-ups. It provides better communication, automates repetitive tasks, and provides clear pipeline visibility without any clumsy ness. This helps save time, improve conversion rates, and keep sales teams focused on closing deals at proper time without any miss.

Useful CRM Features, Interface Needs Polishing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a lot of filters that I can use and create customizable rules for a particular user. Being able to filter by country, like targeting Middle East contacts, is great. I also find the dashboards helpful for daily reporting, as they allow management to see the number of calls and emails, which makes it easy to track our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be improved. I feel Salesforce is a much easier platform to use. Learning HubSpot was a bit of a challenge for me. So I feel like, you know, user experience could be a bit enhanced in comparison to Salesforce. Salesforce is pretty easy. Like, everything is straightforward enough. With HubSpot, you have to open a lead and then make the changes and stuff. Also, my team took around more than a month to set up the entire thing. It took a lot of time to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes our data, making it easy to access for users and management. It helps us handle a large audience of accounts and contacts efficiently, supporting our outbound strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the sequence and automation features that HubSpot Sales Hub offers. It lets sales representatives who may not have much experience with the platform familiarize themselves and use it thoroughly without issues. It's also easy for new people and those transitioning from other platforms to get used to. The automation of emails, calls, and responses, along with traceability for different objectives, is really helpful. I find that it just saves time, making it easier for me to set up automations for email responses and notifications without dealing with technical complexity. The platform is very easy to use, relatable, and intuitive. Overall, compared to other CRMs and tools I've used, HubSpot feels like the king in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics are not that great, especially when using metrics from other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track and assign leads to sales reps. It automates leads, emails, and responses for reps, handling tasks they can't manage alone. It saves time, offering traceability and automation, making it easier for new and experienced users.

It has a lot of features and does most of the ones we tried very well.

Most of the features are time consuming or difficult to set up so we never really used them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aims to be a one-stop shop for sales and customer management along with the other HubSpot tools. This was beneficial when we didn't really know what we needed.

This is a lightweight CRM that does exactly what you’d expect a CRM to do—no fancy flows and no complicated processes. It’s easy to configure, and it helps sales reps stay extremely productive in their day-to-day sales work.

As business grows, adding business process and logic is not possible. We have seen issues with failure add automation as expected by business.

Everything lives in one place. Deals, contacts, activities, emails so no more switching tabs. It keeps your sales process clean, predictable, and easy to coach on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The base feels affordable, until you start adding the features teams actually need. Linkedin Sales Nav, reporting, automation, and suddenly you’re in a much higher tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before: Contacts, deals, and communications were scattered across Gmail or Outlook, spreadsheets, and random notes.
Sales Hub fixes it: Everything lives in a unified CRM with contacts, deal stages, activities, emails, and tasks all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub very user-friendly and easy to understand. I really like the customization level, which allows us to build different stages and funnels to link various products. The quote builder is another useful feature, as it enables our sales team to create quotes easily and share them directly with prospects in the later stages of converting. These are the highlights for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the user experience could use some improvement, especially when it comes to mapping fields and data. It seems a bit cumbersome to adjust surveys or activities that we launch for prospects during the acquisition part. It would be great if this area could be streamlined and made a bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us structure multiple funnels for different products, monitors team activities and client interactions, and provides strong integrations with calling applications.
