What do you like best about the product?
Because everything is kept in one place, it’s easy to see all the information for a single client at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels a bit on the high side, especially for the Enterprise or Professional plan.

Centralized CRM with Complex Workflow Setup

  • April 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the unified CRM view of HubSpot Sales Hub because it brings our customer data, communication history, and deal activity into one place. This makes it easy to manage relationships and track progress effectively. The platform centralizes information, improves visibility, and automates key processes, which makes deal management more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advance workflow setup and customization can feel a bit complex at first and require time to configure properly for specific business needs. It would be helpful to have more intuitive setup guidance for advance automation and a faster way to customize workflow for specific sales processes without needing extensive configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize customer data, improve visibility, and automate key tasks, making deal management more efficient.

Satisfaction with Simplicity

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use. I've used other CRMs before, like Salesforce, and while they have their benefits, HubSpot stands out for its simplicity from a user perspective, which is probably my favorite part. Adding products to deals and customizing prices and discounts is super easy for me. I also value how I can view my deals and set up tasks easily within HubSpot. I get email notifications about tasks and can see them directly in the CRM. These features are probably the ones I value the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've noticed a bit of a load time issue when I, for instance, close a deal. It may take a few minutes for my target to update on the forecast section of HubSpot. Perhaps that's an internal automation that's causing that lag time, but I would say that's something that I don't love about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep on top of tasks, see where I'm at quota-wise each month or year, easily manage accounts and contacts, and work deals in an organized way.

I really like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep track of all the leads and their details. It's handy to have everything in one place, especially when it also tracks the activities leads have with our social media and their conversations with different team members. The best thing about HubSpot is the level of customization it offers. I can customize every field, which is awesome! I also appreciate the different integrations it provides, which makes the tool really versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too overpriced.

Intuitive Integration, But Beware of Paywalls

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a pretty intuitive interface with a lot of functionality and integrations with other products we use. It's great for managing all of my sales activities, from email prospecting to follow-ups, booking meetings, and keeping notes about interactions. The integration with Google Workspace, like Google Calendar and Gmail, is really useful for me. It's also a central place for managing different email addresses for various departments, like sales, success, and affiliates. I've found it helpful for tracking everything in one place, including integrations with tools like Mailchimp and different data warehouses for marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most annoying things about HubSpot Sales Hub is there are a lot of paywalls or pay gates. We're on the second largest subscription type, Pro, and the next one up is Enterprise. There are some pretty basic functions that you would think would be included in our current subscriptions that just aren't. Every time you want to do anything related to another hub, that's usually an upgrade or a separate cost. If you're just trying to piece it together along the way, they definitely know what features users want to use, and then they charge more than what a separate platform would probably be a la carte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub lets me track conversations, take notes, book meetings, and maintain records. It improves team processes for deal tracking and onboarding.
