Retention Boost with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the email templates in HubSpot Sales Hub; they are a game changer for our team. Having templates for our sales team to use and the ability to automate them are great for starting our retention process. Additionally, HubSpot Sales Hub has become a great tool for customer follow-up, which we appreciate. We truly enjoyed the setup process too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could the email flows could be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for customer retention and follow-up. The email templates are a game changer; they automate our sales communication and enhance our retention process.
Intuitive Tool with Strong Integrations, Slight UI Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub is so intuitive to use. It has so many APIs and integrations to other systems and software, which is really great. The ability to have the outreach and track all your deals in one place is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI isn't the easiest to navigate, and updates can be confusing. Also, the reporting features are good but not the most intuitive for drag and drop reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub lets me track deals, generate reports, and contact clients all in one place, giving a single source of truth. It helps us make sales effectively.

HubSpot is a very powerful tool with easy customizations that support my business

It can often run very slowly, even when my internet is operating well.

Ease of Use and Integration with Multiple Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the HubSpot Sales Hub and the fact that it is multi-platform. I also appreciate the creation of landing pages by modules and the metrics dashboard. These elements help my potential clients express interest in my services. Additionally, I found the initial setup process super easy.

Streamlines Sales Process, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to keep everything in one place. The deal pipeline views are clear and customizable, and logging emails and notes is straightforward. The filtering and reporting make it simple to get a quick read on pipeline health without manual work. It also keeps our sales process organized and consistent, allowing us to see where every deal stands and track all communications in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of fields that we customized. It was harder to build this and we had to outsource this to a consultant. Some views and reporting take a lot of tweaking to get right, and it's easy for data to get messy if fields and workflows aren't tightly controlled. First setup was easy but with all our customizable fields across our product lines, we did need help via a consultant. Also, needed help to build reports, etc that make sense for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep our sales process organized, track deals and communications, and ensure follow-ups don't slip. It provides clear pipeline reports, helping us spot bottlenecks and forecast better.
Convenient Automation and Reporting, but Persistent Quirks Hold It Back
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of convenient tools, including ways to automate sales outreach. We use the reporting tools quite a bit as well. It's fairly intuitive to use even if you're not very tech savvy. Their Knowledge Base is pretty good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little quirks that they don't seem to prioritize fixing. For example you can't include more than one email address in an automated email sequence. They do a lot to increase new business but not much to maintain their existing customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is our CRM so it helps us keep our clients organized and helps us automate outreach.
Robust CRM with Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is its simplicity and organizational structure. For the individual salespeople, and with the management reporting feature, I'm able to use it to position this back to the CEO. These are probably the two best items that stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's some setup assistance that could be provided to help me be more impactful. It took me a bit to learn how to do that, and I had to take it on myself. I know there's companies that do that for them, so if I had to do it over again, I'd probably hire one of them or ask for better tutorials and setup. The initial setup was hard and not as simple as I wanted it to be. That would probably be my biggest complaint.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps ensure productivity and documentation with prospects, enables uploading and prioritizing thousands of contacts, and offers simplicity with organizational structure and management reporting.
User-Friendly CRM Board That Keeps Sales Activity and Deal History Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspots CRM board looks really good and user friendly which helps for sales and make everything from contacts to deal stages to activity all history we can see again whenever we need.

I don't have anything to dislike about Hubspot Sales Hub, it meets all my requirements.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves problem by scatter mix of spreadsheet, email threads, calenders and notes. It is benefitting by aligning message across team before client interact.

How I can track stages from lead to deal to customer and essentially follow their lifecycle stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can do some amazing things, also sometimes, like searching for a ticket, can be frustrating.
