The higher cost for advanced features and customization feels a bit limiting, but we really love the reporting aspect.

It helps keep the whole company organized by putting all information in one platform. It also makes it easier for different sales reps to work with the same client, since all the information is captured in the deal. Overall, it helps improve team collaboration and keeps everyone aligned.

I like all the features of HubSpot Sales Hub, I appreciate that it is always continuously updated with new betas. Thanks to these, I can make HubSpot always new and updated. I use the software to automate daily work and improve the user experience.

The primary problem HubSpot is solving for us is the bottleneck caused by manual administration. Before moving to the Sales Hub, our team was bogged down by repetitive, time-consuming tasks like manual data entry, individual follow-up tracking, and constant record updates.

The tracking of tasks when entering, which shows all the pending items

That many things want to be managed entirely through the platform without the support of a specialist, and it can be very confusing if you don't have experience, which was our case. They do not attend to you correctly or cordially in customer service. Difficult to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub is very well organized, making customer management feel almost magical. Its perfect integration with other tools like Google Calendar, Slack, Google Meet, Calendly, and Aircall is invaluable. Everything seems smooth, reliable, and well-integrated. I particularly enjoy how I can track customers and all their information, design precise filters, and create automations easily with a simple drag and drop. The customer tracking feature gives me a 360-degree view of every student or lead, and the integration with Slack helps me stay updated instantly when a lead opens an email or visits our pricing page. The ability to slice data quickly, like filtering for 'Leads who haven't been contacted in 7 days,' ensures my outreach is both targeted and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find the platform powerful, there are a few areas that cause friction in my daily workflow at MyEdSpace. The Slack integration is helpful, but it can become overwhelming. I often get pinged for every single email open or website visit. It distracts me from deep work, so I have to constantly tweak my notification settings to avoid noise.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me manage incoming leads at various sales stages and convert trialists into paying customers. It organizes my tasks, integrates perfectly with tools like Slack and Google Calendar, and allows me to track clients efficiently.
