Great Design and Reminders, But Needs Out-of-Office Features
What do you like best about the product?
I do really enjoy the way it's designed! I am able to find things immedaitely as long as I have the right information/spelling. I love the fact that there are so many options to remind yourself to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an out of office feature! Or a feature where you can direct tickets to another person while you're out of office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of anything getting lost in the shuffle!

It’s user-friendly and saves time. The automation and reminders help me stay on top of deals without extra effort.

Pricing increases as you scale, especially when adding more advanced tools.

It removes the need to track everything manually. Having automation and reminders helps me focus more on actual conversations instead of admin work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub keeps all of my sales leads in one place, making my job a lot easier. The reporting aspect is particularly beneficial because it lets me pull reports of the deals I'm working on. This feature helps me keep a record of everything I'm working on, which I find really valuable. Also, the initial setup was easy, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find deals if they're not assigned to you as a user. It could be easier to navigate.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps all my sales leads in one place and records everything I'm working on, making my job easier with its reporting features.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to keep track of your clients, and I really like how it connects with Outlook and imports all the emails for that client. So you can see all the communications with that client in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more "project" based instead of "task" based.

Instead of having several diffent software to track emails, calls, client information, and task, it's all in one place.

I think HubSpot Sales Hub is very organized and pretty easy to use. I like the streamlined service and features it offers. The way it's all formatted makes the platform valuable to me, providing just an easy, no-brainer access to the website. The initial setup was extremely easy.

HubSpot Sales Hub can get quite costly as the team expands and you require additional features. Many of the more advanced capabilities are only available in the higher-tier plans. While it works well for straightforward sales processes, it may feel restrictive if you have very complex or highly customized workflows. Additionally, the reporting and customization options are not as robust as those found in some more comprehensive CRMs. Once you become reliant on HubSpot, transitioning away can also be challenging.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use, friendly, clear, and well-organized. It's great because it allows me to have the complete customer journey in one place, from being a Lead to becoming a Deal. It really organizes my daily work better and saves time by keeping everything in one spot.

It would be great to have more features in one hub, instead of having Starter, Pro, and Enterprise.

I like that I can automate a lot of my workflow with HubSpot Sales Hub. It allows me to figure out the value of leads in my pipeline and know which reps are performing well.

I think the platform is very complicated and very robust, but it makes it very hard to learn and train the team. The initial setup was a little bit complicated.

Is fairly easy to use and has our customer info contained.

Pretty confusing to add data and run custom reports
