Effortless Sales Management with Intuitive Tools and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
There are no downsides to using HubSpot Sales Hub! It keeps us on track with sales goals and initiatives and helps us maintain our quotas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing! It's so intuitive to use and the support desk is great when I have a question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps us stay on top of everything we need to, easily and effectively. The Conversation Intelligence and AI Sales Assistant are SO helpful for ensuring we can respond in a timely manner with relevant info and very little manual effort. Fast, easy, and with less manual effort is the dream!
Streamlined Sales Process with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a clean UI/UX. It's easy to navigate and quick to load, making it simple to find information. I also find it beneficial that my whole team can access and share the customer prospect journey in one spot, which is super useful for us. And the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quoting process is not that flexible. The quote cannot be changed from the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the entire customer prospect journey in one place, accessible to all team members for easy sharing.
User-Friendly with Extensive Integrations and Greek Language Support
What do you like best about the product?
It has lots of integrations. It is user friendly. It supports Greek language.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to fully utilise the functionalities can get expensive for a large team.

I can track my deals and my customer's details
Effortless Setup and User-Friendly for Our Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and configure. I don't have to bring on a third-party consultant or anyone with special skills to configure it. That also means its easy to get our sales team to use it and tweak it how they like. The customer support is easy and I've really enjoyed all the training courses that I've found and listened to. It makes it super easy to become an expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. They have tons of great training and seem to be implementing more things all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us track and organize all our leads for sales. We use a Hubspot form on our demo page, then track those leads through the sales process and add notes as needed. We then can move them directly into our implementation process and keep all the notes in one spot.
Clean, Modern, Efficient CRM with Powerful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot Sales Hub is clean and efficient. I also enjoy the automations feature, which includes email sequences, pulling lists, importing bulk lists, and conference outreach. It also is what marketing uses so we don’t run into each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's too many rules and each company uses HubSpot Sales Hub differently, so the lack of support and redirects to comprehensive knowledge bases are cumbersome and non-specific. The blanket approach to FAQs or whatever support is needed can be frustrating. I have to talk to RevOps for modifications and can't just do it myself, but I wish I could. Then support asks you recreate the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as our sole CRM, serving as the source of truth for contacts and record-keeping and its linked to quote software so we create opps in HS and push quotes from there. It's clean and efficient, with helpful automations for tasks like email sequences and bulk list imports.
All-in-One Solution for Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it's essentially a one-stop solution for everything I need in my role as an SDR. It helps me keep track of all my leads, manage follow-ups, create tasks, and organize lead statuses. I appreciate the ability to use filters and sequences to send emails efficiently. The integration with Aircall is great, as it records calls in HubSpot and provides summaries, which lets me keep track of conversations and conversion rates through reports and dashboards. I find it really useful for managing bulk leads with its lead generation feature and for automating emails to multiple people, which saves me time and effort. Overall, it offers a lot of good stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's probably the fact that it doesn't have a call system of its own. That would be really good. And, like, if I could send text through HubSpot, that would be really good. If I could get faster notifications for email replies, and, you know, all of that because it takes a bit of time. So that would be really good.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track leads, manage tasks, and automate follow-ups. It integrates with Aircall to record calls and provide summaries. The reports and dashboards help track conversion rates, and the bulk email sequences save time. It's a one-stop solution for my sales needs.
Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Sales Hub to track all leads, deals, and clients throughout the entire sales cycle. It helps me manage pipelines effectively and offers custom reports and dashboards for performance analysis, providing valuable insights. I also really appreciate the AI Assistant as it helps me add custom properties and workflows. It gives me confidence and guidance to customize records and automates information syncing between contact, company, and deal records. The AI Assistant tends to offer several suggestions and adapts based on feedback, which is helpful for tailoring solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it can be a little bit overwhelming when you first start using it, but that gets easier the more you interact with it. I have also had issues with getting clear attribution for lead sources. It is also frustrating when the AI gives you instructions but then the reality of the process is very different, also it doesn't know what you have access to. There are several fields that pull in different attribution information, this could be standardized so there is 1 field that gives specific sources and details even down to the campaign. Also I integrated my Facebook and Google ad accounts, but it never was able to pull in the correct attribution for these. I also think that the AI should be able to tell what plan and seat you have when giving instructions, it would also be helpful if it did more implementation itself. For example I need to manually create properties with all of the necessary options that are exactly the same to be able to sync info from contacts to companies to deals. It would be helpful if the AI could perform tasks like this to minimize so much manual work. I also find the custom report builder a bit difficult to navigate and often the AI is not very helpful for this.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to solve lead visibility and attribution issues, improve pipeline management, and aid forecasting. The AI Assistant helps customize records and automate syncing, boosting confidence and efficiency in managing our sales data.

The features, I love how you can text quotes directly to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the amount of features that HubSpot Sales Hub has is really, really good. The features that I like most are the reporting structure and the dashboards that we can create. There's a lot of stuff you can do there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think there's just one thing that could be improved and that is inside the contacts section. So whenever I save a view and I want to apply some editors, I don't think that's possible to do. And whenever someone opens the view, the filters will be removed automatically. So that's something that could be worked on.

I really like the powerful sales automation features of HubSpot Sales Hub, which can effectively improve sales efficiency. For example, it can automatically assign leads based on multiple dimensions such as geographic location and industry, allowing new leads to quickly and accurately reach the right salespeople. You can also customize multi-step follow-up sequences to avoid excessively bothering customers. Email automation and personalization are also major highlights, as they enhance email open and response rates by inserting customer-related variables through the CRM. In terms of lead management, it allows me to manage all contacts and leads directly within the contact records, add information with one click, automatically save sales activities, and the AI-driven lead discovery tool is also extremely valuable, helping to develop personalized promotion plans. In terms of deal management, it provides a visual sales pipeline, making it easy to track progress and formulate the next action plan. Its initial setup is also simple, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing Strategy: HubSpot Sales Hub's pricing is relatively high, which is not very friendly to small and medium-sized enterprises with limited budgets. Especially as the business grows and the number of contacts increases, the model of charging based on the number of contacts can significantly increase costs, putting considerable financial pressure on the company.
