Exceptionally User-Friendly CRM with Seamless Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hubspot Sales Hub as opposed to other CRM tools because HubSpot is easily organized and very user-friendly. As someone who has used 3 different CRM tools in the past 3 years, Hubspot stands out as having the simplest layout to navigate and easiest learning curve. Companies, contacts, opportunities, and quotes are linked to one another so you can toggle back and forth simply to find the information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that there are some emails that are only tracked on the contact level, not the company level. This makes things more difficult when I am required to search under each contact for information rather than it appearing on the company's activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's email tracking abilities help me see all of the information in one place without needing to resort to searching through Microsoft Outlook and scrolling through email chains.

I like how there are many views and it integrates with Outlook

there is no notion integaration directly you need to use third party

We use it to track projects as well as a crm database

It’s particularly user-friendly, even for teams new to CRM systems, and the seamless integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub and other tools makes it a powerful solution for driving sales efficiency and growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of its more advanced features, like custom reporting, automation, and AI tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for smaller teams. Additionally, while the interface is generally intuitive, it can feel overwhelming at first with the number of tools and options available. Some users also find that certain email tracking and integration features don’t always work as seamlessly with non-HubSpot platforms, which can be a limitation if your tech stack is diverse.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves several key problems that many sales teams face. It centralizes customer data, streamlining contact and deal management so nothing falls through the cracks. It automates repetitive tasks like follow-up emails and lead nurturing, freeing up time to focus on high-value activities. The platform also provides clear visibility into the sales pipeline and performance metrics, helping prioritize opportunities and make data-driven decisions. For me, this means less manual tracking, faster response times to prospects, and a more organized, efficient sales process—ultimately improving conversion rates and overall productivity.

Great product, many valuable verticals. Gets a bit pricey as you continue to expand as a small business.

Priciness as you continue to add functionally.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for lead generation, lead nurturing campaigns, and as a CRM. It's been super useful in giving us insights for patients, like lead scoring. The tool is pretty efficient and user-friendly, which is great because some members of our team prefer old-school paper methods, and it was easy for them to learn. I also like the ease of integration as it seamlessly connects with nearly every platform we use. The initial setup was super easy too, with AI assistance that gathered everything I needed just by clicking a button. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub has been great for lead generation and patient communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the contract that locks you in for twelve months. Given the unpredictable times we're in, offering a month-to-month option would be beneficial, especially since business needs can change rapidly. This would be particularly helpful for industries like healthcare that are currently very unstable.

HubSpot Sales Hub is great for lead generation and patient communication. It gives insight for new patients, and is user-friendly for our team, even for those preferring old-school methods.
Effortless Navigation Makes Hubspot Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
This CRM is easier to navigate and feels more intuitive compared to most others I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that whenever I check my team members' tasks in Hubspot and then refresh the page, all my settings are lost. I have to go through the process of selecting everything again just to see who the tasks are assigned to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to integrations with other tools we use, such as LinkedIn, Lemlist, email, and phone, we can efficiently track all our sales outreach efforts in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub provides me with a great all-in-one place for all our contacts and has an easy-to-use webpage developer to help build websites. I appreciate the universal tracking for HubSpot contacts and the ability to read what users do on the website. Being able to see what things a lead clicks or shows interest in has been a great help in getting deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some bugs/glitches with email associations but these have since been fixed. Ensure bugs are cleaned up so disassociation's don't happen.

HubSpot Sales Hub provides an all-in-one place for managing contacts and has an easy-to-use webpage developer. It offers universal tracking, allowing me to see user interactions, which helps in closing deals.
Highly Customizable CRM with Effective Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that HubSpot Sales Hub is very customizable. We can build it to work exactly for our business, and we've gone through many iterations to find a setup that works well for us. It's flexible enough to keep changing as our needs evolve, which I find very reassuring. I also find setting up different deal stages and automations to be quite powerful, reflecting our unique way of managing customer progress through our pipeline. The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward, and the custom support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain bits where HubSpot Sales Hub isn't as flexible, and we have to find workarounds, but we've always managed to find a workaround in the end.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a CRM to manage all our leads and customers, serving as our single source of truth. It helps track deals, coordinates sales reps, and enhances collaboration across teams by providing a central record of activities and revenue insights.
