That I have to pay a Sales Seat Pro to use Pro Feature or Core Seat for standard feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, I’m able to have a unified view of my Contacts and customer Companies.
In addition to this, it provides several tools that support me in my daily work, such as Tasks, Notes, and Sequences.
Moreover, by using Workflows and additional assets, my collaboration with the Marketing & Service departments has improved.

There are moments where customization options feel a bit limited compared to other CRMs. Reporting can require workarounds for more advanced needs. These are not blockers, but areas that could be improved as teams scale.

HubSpot Sales Hub brings our marketing and sales activities into one place. It gives us clarity on pipeline health, helps our reps stay consistent with follow up, and makes it easier to run coordinated campaigns. It also removes friction between commercial teams since everything is tracked and visible. As a result, we waste less time, respond faster, and have stronger alignment across the customer journey.

It's a bit crowded, too many functionalities and options, the menu is very large. It would be easier if there was less information on the screen for me to select from.

I occasionally encounter problems with cookies, which prevent me from using my account in a regular browser. As a result, I have to switch to incognito mode to access the panel. Additionally, there are times when the connected Gmail account disconnects on its own, making it challenging to keep track of emails in the contact section.

Very good product with a quick implementation and customer support to manage your business deals. Its various features including the task list, upcoming activities, action items are very helpful and easy to use. Integrating it was the easiest by logging it using the company email. Our team uses it on a very frequent basis.

The improvement scope is that if it sends personalised notifications and remiinders from the to do list
