Effortless Deal Tracking and Pipeline Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using HubSpot Sales Hub for over four years, and what I like most is how easy it is to track deals, manage my pipelines, and keep a clear handle on revenue forecasts all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much to complain about. Every now and then, I just find myself wanting a slightly quicker way to get to what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of deals and forecasts without things slipping through the cracks, so I’ve got a much clearer picture of where everything sits. With our sales, marketing, and service data all in one system, I’m not juggling spreadsheets or guessing where things are, and reporting becomes a lot easier.

did not come with an inbound phone number for inbound sales calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked into it for our inbound sales call volume. We needed a solution and Hubspot provided some utilization but not all.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of HubSpot is the ability for information to be organized and linked so that members of the team can find all necessary information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would have to say that what I dislike the most about Hubspot is some of the unecessary components that you cannot remove that clutter your system. As well as the fact that it allows duplicate inventory to be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps all the information in one place so that I can reference anything about the client that I need in a more efficient way.
Great Customization and Workflows, But Automation Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
Solid automation and workflows. Ability to build customized templates and sequences. Dashboard builder is easy to use. Fields are highly customizable. Mobile app is great for calling, logging notes, etc

Automation could be stronger - fully automated email sequences would be nice. Mobile app experience could be improved to match desktop

Streamlining engagement, customizing workflows to fit my needs. Able to build dashboards and reports as needed to help gauge performance and trends.

What do you like best about the product?
Email sequences, task management, contact monitoring, and analytics are all consolidated into one well-organized location by HubSpot Sales Hub, enabling my team to operate efficiently without jumping between applications. I really appreciate the platform's ease of use. The UI makes it straightforward to teach new team members, and the processes, sequencing, and connections are easy to set up. Every week, its automation and reporting capabilities save hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up more sophisticated features can have a steep learning curve, and some tools need higher tiers to reach their full capabilities. The UI can occasionally feel sluggish or crowded, and there may be sporadic delays in synchronizing with external inboxes. Additionally, I wish there were more flexible choices for reporting and sequence modification without requiring upgrades.

HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easier to reach out to people outside of your company, automates follow-ups, and keeps track of all your interactions in one location.

I really like the sequences feature and how easy it is to interact with the 3 different main objects. Contacts, Companies and deals.

1. There should be a way to prevent people from booking meetings with personal emails.
2. You could do a better job organising companies when you import them from an external source at scale.

The nice part about HubSpot sales hub is it makes following up with leads and filtering them much easier.

I'd like it to be a bit more gamified and track commissions & such more accurately within it.

Very well managed. Lead management, conversation tracking, deal pipeline, and workflow automation make it easy to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data sync with tools like WhatsApp or other ERPs sometimes requires third-party connectors, which can add complexity and cost.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us streamline lead management and deal tracking across the entire sales cycle. It improves coordination between SDR, Sales & Leadership. It helps in analysing leads data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub makes it quick and easy to create cadences, which saves me a lot of time. As someone working in a sales team, the ability to send out multiple emails to different recipients simultaneously, organized by segments such as financial services, is incredibly beneficial. This allows me to personalize messages without writing individualized emails each time, enhancing both efficiency and communication. Additionally, I find it easy to integrate HubSpot Sales Hub with Salesforce, which is crucial for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it cumbersome that if I need to edit an email, I have to update the entire sequence rather than just the individual email. This process is not efficient because any new prospects added will only go through the sequence with the updated email, creating inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to efficiently send and manage emails, create sequences for the team, and track lead interactions. It allows me to view statistics on emails, calls, and untouched leads, streamlining my communication efforts and saving time with easy cadence creation.

The primary challenge is the requirement to upgrade to higher tiers for access to certain advanced features, such as granular custom reporting or specific, deep automation workflows. However, I view this less as a dislike and more as an indicator of the platform's scale and power: the pricing model simply reflects the immense value and enterprise-level functionality that those top-tier tools unlock, making the cost a necessary, proportional investment for organizations with complex needs.
