The Easiest CRM for Marketing Success
What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest CRM there is and it very focused on Marketing. Also support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are not a lot of trainings to use the platforms, but it is very intuitive and AI helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes CRM a lot less time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Sales Hub as it serves as a central platform where I can easily access my accounts, view contact details for personalized communications, and review notes from my sales team efficiently before onboarding new customers. The platform's integration with calling tools like Aircall or RingCentral is incredibly beneficial as it allows me to directly call my customers from within HubSpot rather than just accessing their details. This seamless integration significantly streamlines my workflow and enhances my ability to engage with clients effectively. The initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was notably straightforward and easy, allowing for a hassle-free start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboards in HubSpot Sales Hub less intuitive and challenging to work with. They offer limited widget options, restricting the ability to create more dynamic and informative visualizations. For instance, the dashboards currently only feature a few bar charts. Having additional widget options, such as comparison or gauge charts, would greatly enhance their utility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize account details, access contacts for personalized reachouts, and seamlessly connect with calling tools, which streamlines communication and supports effective customer management.
Effortless Setup, Intuitive Use, Some Record Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use, allowing us to plug and play seamlessly into our workflow. It's extremely user-friendly, making it easy for our sales team, developers, and even UX experts to navigate without much training. The platform’s structured design, with everything neatly organized on the left pane and an efficient global search feature, greatly simplifies navigation and helps in developing muscle memory for daily tasks. The availability of extensive external resources like YouTube and HubSpot Academy make mastering the tool much more achievable, especially when it comes to complex setups like workflows and lead enrichment. Additionally, the initial setup process of HubSpot Sales Hub was remarkably easy, as it was intuitively clear where everything needed to be configured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the non-publication of records to be a significant issue, as it requires manual processes to ensure correct assignment of accounts to individuals, even though the device remains the same. Additionally, having multiple companies of the same domain creates complications, necessitating manual intervention to sort these accounts. Also, I'd prefer if the Org Chart Hub had additional objects available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for end-to-end sales tracking, deal mapping, and to assign account ownership, enabling efficient monitoring and preventing unauthorized access. Its structured interface and global search enhance navigation, while external resources aid in mastering its features.
Great once you get past all the set up
What do you like best about the product?
It creates an all in one system for sales, marketing, contact list, segregation of the contact lists, which makes it nice to have everything all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really didn't like that there is a large learning curve. To learn all the terms, and it is not very intuitive. There is ALOT of set up required, especially if you want to automate things such as unsubscribe from marketing emails, segregating the emails that didn't send, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting email client list to sales for a start up company, however it was not user friendly, and after a year and working with an expert we needed to go a different route as it wasn't working.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be quite intuitive and simple to use, making it easy for new users to get started. I trust its accuracy, which is essential for managing customer relationships and reporting. One of the standout features for me is its seamless integration with other tools like Gong and various AI platforms. This capability allows me to efficiently sync and pull necessary information across different systems, enhancing productivity and data accessibility. Even though our instance might have an overwhelming number of fields at the company and deal levels, I appreciate the overall ease of navigation and the user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that without a deep understanding of the reports and dashboards within HubSpot Sales Hub, they can be tricky to use. Adjusting various filters in the reports or understanding how a report should be configured to pull in the desired data points can often be confusing and challenging. Typically, I find myself having to rely on my HubSpot admin for assistance, and I wish I could be more self-sufficient. It would be beneficial if there was an AI function within HubSpot that allowed me to prompt it to create specific reports or dashboards. Additionally, pulling a report between different objects, such as linking information between the company level and the deal object level, can be challenging. For instance, if I need information at the company level tied to specific data points like renewal amounts at the deal level, it often requires exporting data out of HubSpot and manually compiling it into Excel sheets using functions like VLOOKUP. This process becomes extra manual and tricky.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to forecast and report accurately on revenue, track customer details, and automate workflows, enhancing efficiency in managing deals and renewals.
Easy Setup, Comprehensive Features, But Performance Lags
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub offers the feature to review the last contact made with leads and provides location details, which is incredibly helpful for managing communication. The ability to receive notifications when leads come in and easily identify whether they are recycled or new leads streamlines my workflow, making lead management much more efficient. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was; it was a simple one-click process and instantly ready to use. These features combined make the HubSpot Sales Hub a valuable tool in enhancing my work efficiency and effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main issue I encounter with HubSpot Sales Hub is the presence of bugs which tend to make the system slow, particularly during peak times. This affects the platform's efficiency, especially when new leads come in.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to efficiently manage leads, easily track last contact details, and identify if leads are new or recycled, all within an all-in-one platform.
Great for Sales Management, But Takes Time to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, allows everyone to see all steps of the sales process, helpful in managing leads, keeps you on top of follow ups, email tracking, built in meeting scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a bit of a learning curve, it can be a little overwhelming until you figure it out, though the support is there to help with making this less of a growing pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes everything streamline and allows everyone that needs to be involved in the sales process to have full overview of the sale from beginning to end. It allows me to stay on top of leads so nothing falls through the cracks.
Streamlines Sales and Operations with Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Great tools to organize incoming/outbound leads as well as track the sales progress as we get closer to a deal being signed and service starting. Hubspot Sales also allows us to automate a lot of processes as we go into an Operations phase with new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data you can join in reports between Contacts / Companies / Deals is inconsistent and strange in terms of what you can pivot/filter on. I also wish it could track traffic sources over time instead of just the first and most recent versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reach out to interested and cold customers without taking up too much attention from a sales person, allowing them to focus on more active engagement with leads. Workflows and Sequences allow us to keep in touch with all the leads as we drive them towards closing a deal.
Great for Deal Tracking, But Customization Could Improve

It centralizes deal tracking, email outreach, and activity management, which reduces manual work and helps keep the pipeline organized. This makes it easier to follow up on leads and move deals forward consistently.
