What do you like best about the product?
The integration with different applications from ordering, outlook, calling and messaging. The ability to easily manage your tasks and have one system house all of your activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting - the ability to create a report to successfully capture all of the necessary information within one report.

Track and implement tasks for daily outreach to our customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that HubSpot Sales Hub's filtering capabilities are fantastic, allowing me to find the right prospects to reach out to at the right time. This feature enhances my targeting precision and increases my efficiency in connecting with key individuals. Additionally, the ease with which I can build reports is impressive, offering a seamless experience that saves me time and effort. I also appreciate the customization options available, where I can tailor the system to my specific needs using tags and filters, making my workflow more personalized and effective. Furthermore, the user interface of HubSpot Sales Hub is commendably user-friendly, which made the initial setup process straightforward and quick to learn, so I could get started without any hassle or steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with LinkedIn and Apollo was a bit more seamless. Sometimes pulling information in can create inaccurate subdomains that cause a mess and lots of admin work in the portal to clean up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes all necessary information and makes prospect filtering easy, enabling efficient report building and customization with tags and filters.

ease of use! hubspot makes it really easy to manage tasks and deals, it's simple but still great functionality

sometimes the navigation can be a little confusing, there's just a lot of functionality

Excellent Calling and Email Tracking Features
What do you like best about the product?
The calling option works very well, and I also appreciate the email tracking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls are not ideal because you can't see who is calling; only the phone number is displayed, and it isn't linked to the company or contact page. This makes it difficult to identify callers or access relevant information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks and managing the sales pipeline are essential parts of my workflow. This process helps me stay organized and ensures that I can follow up on opportunities efficiently.
Powerful for Sales, But Learning Curve Exists

I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to effectively manage sales and prospects through its various features. One of the standout aspects is its segmenting capability, which helps me summarize information based on specific criteria, making data management much more streamlined. I love how email sequences enhance my outreach efforts, allowing me to speed up the process and reach out to clients more efficiently. Another beneficial feature is the tasks management system, which keeps my workflow organized and up-to-date, significantly boosting efficiency for both me and my team. These features combined offer me a comprehensive toolset to handle client communications like emails and calls more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of SMS integration with the phone numbers on file to be a limitation, as it would enhance communication capabilities. Additionally, an auto dialer feature would be beneficial for teams involved in outbound calling and outreach, making the process faster and more efficient. Initially, I found the setup process for HubSpot Sales Hub quite complicated due to the absence of training, which is particularly challenging for new users. HubSpot Sales Hub is not very user-friendly, requiring me to teach myself everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the dashboard creation process in HubSpot Sales Hub could be made simpler. It would be helpful if the platform suggested dashboard views based on the data I frequently use and enter.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking deals, prospecting, forecasting, and sequences. It simplifies information retrieval, integrates seamlessly, personalizes sales funnels, and boosts my productivity by detailing sales contacts and company information.
Robust Product Offering That Elevates Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how comprehensive the product offering is. It covers everything from CMS and CRM to business operations reporting. It's also pretty intuitive, although you do have to keep up with feature updates (sometimes UI changes unexpectedly, but always improves UX). I use it daily for a variety of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more fully developed integrations, particularly with Zoom's product line. While there are some workarounds for the current limitations, they often require manually piecing together data, which is not ideal and can be imperfect.

This tool allows us to clearly see how our marketing materials influence the pipeline and ultimately contribute to closed deals. It helps us understand the connection between our marketing efforts and actual business outcomes.
Flexible CRM with Room for Improvement

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very flexible and dynamic, providing me with numerous ways to set it up and customize it according to how I prefer to run my day or manage my sales process. Depending on where I am in the sales flow—whether I'm cold calling a prospect, setting up a meeting, or making a proposal—HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to change views and see different workflows based on tasks or deals. This functionality enables me to prioritize certain actions based on what is most important at that time, making it incredibly useful for managing and adapting my daily tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of information held in HubSpot Sales Hub can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate, especially when dealing with a large number of actions and activities. Additionally, setting up a new company is a long process that could be simplified for quicker execution. There is also difficulty in distinguishing what information should be placed under contacts versus companies and where specific actions should occur. Establishing rules of engagement for pipeline churn has also been challenging.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize my CRM tasks and timelines, easily track deal progress, and access critical sales information. It allows me to customize my workflows and prioritize actions based on sales flow, enhancing productivity.
