Efficient Task Queues, But Popups Slow Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The task queues are my favorite tool in hubspot. I use it to create a queue of new leads, then a queue of additional touchpoints so that I'm able to work my leads to their fullest in an efficient fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of popups in different areas of hubspot. Recently there was an update, and following the update, i now have to confirm i want to move forward after clicking next task. More clicks to move forward results in less tasks completed each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to streamline my lead management through task queues. This benefits me by allowing greater efficiency in reaching out to prospects.

The platform is well-organized and offers a wide range of tools, making it excellent for thorough prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't integrate smoothly with Google, which has made my experience less seamless than I had hoped.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, but can configure advanced settings if you need. Easy to scale, and very intuitive.

Can sometimes be unclear where something has gone wrong if there are errors.

Tracking all my customers and their renewal date, ARR, and main contacts.

I really appreciate the AI email assistance feature in HubSpot Sales Hub, which significantly speeds up communication time with customers. This feature is not only efficient but has also proven to be quite reliable, as I haven't encountered too many issues with it yet. Additionally, I find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to navigate, which makes my experience smoother and more efficient, enhancing overall productivity. The initial setup was also straightforward and easy, which made transitioning to HubSpot Sales Hub a hassle-free experience.

I feel that creating templates within HubSpot Sales Hub is not as straightforward as it could be. It seems like the process could be streamlined and made more user-friendly to enhance efficiency and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub incredibly easy to use, which is crucial for managing our sales activity and funnel efficiently. It is a platform clearly designed with the end user in mind, ensuring that everything needed for effective sales management is easily accessible. Additionally, I appreciate the constant updates that HubSpot Sales Hub receives, as these updates continually refine and improve the product, keeping it at the cutting edge of sales solutions. The support provided by HubSpot is fantastic, ensuring that any issues or questions are promptly and effectively addressed. Moreover, the group trainings offered by HubSpot are highly beneficial, fostering a deeper understanding of the platform’s features and capabilities, which enhances our team's ability to leverage the software effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like attachments in HubSpot Sales Hub to flow upwards through the system. Currently, if I attach a document at the ticket level, it stays there and isn't visible at the deal or company levels. This causes issues when senior team members are searching for specific documents, as they have to dig down into the ticket level where documents are stored. It would be very helpful to have document storage and visibility that extends across different levels or stages within HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track sales activity, maintain accountability in my team, and manage our sales funnel and pipeline. It helps with composing outreach emails and automating prospecting processes, enhancing overall team efficiency.
Transparent Prospect Tracking with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to search for customers using partial spellings of names, emails, or phone numbers, making it easy to locate prospects quickly. Tracking communications has been really effortless—being able to see how many times we've communicated and the type of communications is incredibly transparent. It helps me efficiently find out what work has been done by my teams. I can also build reports to view the data at a larger scale, which provides comprehensive insights. The tool’s transparency ensures that I’m always aware of previous communications, allowing me to seamlessly pick up where my team members have left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Breeze and AI transcripts in HubSpot Sales Hub are not functioning as expected. They fail to load summaries of calls or previous interactions, which hampers my ability to efficiently review and manage communications with prospects.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to easily track and communicate with prospects, turning them into customers. It streamlines locating prospects and understanding team communications, enhancing transparency and efficiency.

Flexible and Intuitive—A Daily Essential for My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Everything makes sense when you use it. Properties give anyone the flexibility they need to make it feel like a custom product to your business. I use it every work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, but not bad. Once it clicks it's a breeze and is as robust as you need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm intrigued by their efforts in AI. Like most AI today, it needs to improve, but unlike most AI implementation today it makes sense and I believe its headed in the right way. I'm using AI to start from scratch to build user personas, develop brand voice, and more. It's helping my augment the marketing and sales department.
