User-Friendly Yet Needs Search Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user-friendly interface of HubSpot Sales Hub, which is both quick and intuitive, allowing me to manage tasks efficiently without the need for extensive programming knowledge. The platform facilitates easy setup for workflows and automations, which is greatly helped by the comprehensive tutorials and self-guided suggestive flows. This makes it accessible even for those who may not be technically proficient. I also value how HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines payments, keeps me organized with timely automations, and maintains my overall workflow smoothly. The performance and user-friendliness, combined with its cost-effectiveness, make it a superior choice for managing client and sales tasks. Additionally, the migration process from our previous system, Zoho, to HubSpot Sales Hub was noteworthy, and I am impressed with how seamless the integration of our existing tools, like Zoom, has been.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search functionality because it requires exact character matches to provide results, including issues with capitalization, punctuation, and spacing. This is problematic when searching for leads or contact details, such as names or phone numbers, which demands precise input formats. Additionally, I find the auto-refresh feature to be frustrating as it often causes loss of unsaved work, leading to redoing lost notes and disrupting my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines payment, assists with note-taking, task management, sends timely automations, and maintains overall workflow. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to create workflows without needing programming expertise.
Organized CRM with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub keeps me organized by consolidating all my tasks in one place and providing alerts when action is needed. This organization helps me manage my current clients and prospects effectively. I also value the ability to set reminders for follow-up tasks and meetings, which aids in staying on top of my responsibilities. Additionally, it enables me to run reports with ease, helping me track where my deals are in the pipeline and advancing them from prospect to client. HubSpot Sales Hub's email sequences improve my communication efficiency with clients and prospects. The initial setup of the software was straightforward, and the support team was exceptionally helpful with any questions, enhancing the overall user experience. Moreover, it's notably user-friendly, which was a key reason for switching from our previous tool, BenchMarkOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the open email notification feature. When I open an email that I sent to a client or prospect in my linked Outlook, it still sends me a notification indicating the email was opened, even though it was me who opened it. This creates confusion and unnecessary notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize client information, set reminders, track my pipeline, and run reports, all of which enhance my sales efficiency and communication with clients and prospects.
Efficient CRM Integration with Great Tracking Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub's tracking ability extremely useful, especially for monitoring client interactions. It's incredibly beneficial to know when people open emails or click on links and attachments, providing critical insights into client engagement. Additionally, the setup process was easy, making the transition to utilizing HubSpot Sales Hub smooth and efficient. Integrating it with Salesforce further enhances its capabilities, creating a streamlined workflow for tracking client emails directly within my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fond of the current email tracking capabilities which don't differentiate between multiple recipients opening an email. This makes it challenging for me to understand individual engagements. Additionally, the automatic daily logout can be frustrating, disrupting my workflow and requiring frequent logins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track client emails in Salesforce, ensuring proper outreach timelines and knowing when emails are opened or links are clicked, which facilitates effective client management.
A Solid Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub gives my enablement and training team clear visibility into rep activity, making it easy to coach and reinforce the right behaviors. I also appreciate the ease of use, especially for onboarding new account executives that are unfamiliar with the tool and need to start managing their deal board and customer relationships right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an enablement pro, the content management feels fragmented, making it challenging to ensure reps are always using the most current and relevant materials. Tracking the performance of shared resources is also limited, so it’s difficult to understand which assets actually influence sales conversions. I would love to explore how I can better use HubSpot Sales Hub for content management and making sure reps have access to the most up-to-date resources.

I appreciate the comprehensive tracking capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub. It efficiently allows me and my team to keep track of every engagement we've had with prospects right from the start. This feature is particularly beneficial because it ensures that all necessary information is accessible and readily available, which simplifies my engagement with people I am prospecting for on any given day. The convenience this offers compared to using something like Google Sheets for manual data entry is substantial, as all relevant data is systematically organized. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very smooth and easy, enhancing the overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like HubSpot Sales Hub to offer an autodialer or speed dial feature, which would be more useful, especially in my role as a sales development representative.

User-Friendly with Powerful Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its user interface and user experience, which I find to be basic, simple, and user-friendly. The platform is instrumental in managing leads, deals, companies, contacts, and both current and past clients, effectively supporting account and data management. Moreover, I appreciate the software's ability to handle data management in a single place, coupled with its superior reporting and automation features. The integration with tools like Google App Script, Google Meets, Google Sheets, and Calendly enhances my workflow, making it more efficient. The initial setup only took a few days and was straightforward, underlining the platform's ease of use. These factors, alongside the comprehensive capabilities of the Sales Hub, contribute to my high satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending it to others, as demonstrated by my rating of 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are more objects than necessary in HubSpot Sales Hub, which makes managing them a bit cluttered and disorganized. It's based on the specific objects we use, and this can be improved. Additionally, there's a lack of linkage between companies and contacts in some fields. For example, a property like 'date of first engagement' is only available on contacts and not on companies. Providing similar properties for companies would enhance organization, at least for us.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for lead, deal, and account management, which enhances our data organization. Its centralized data management, reporting, and automation features improve our efficiency.
Highly Customizable, Boosts Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub works effectively off the shelf while also offering the flexibility to set up complex workflows, which allows me to automate processes efficiently. The ability to centrally manage prospect outreach and to have visibility over their marketing engagement and past deal activity is incredibly valuable for my sales and marketing efforts. Furthermore, it integrates seamlessly with other tools such as Apollo and Zoominfo for data enrichment, and Nooks for dialing, which enhances its functionality and ensures everything works well together. Switching to HubSpot Sales Hub from Zoho has been a positive experience, primarily because of its better sales engagement and marketing automation capabilities. The initial setup was quite easy, and we've been able to refine and improve our processes over time. Overall, I am very satisfied with HubSpot Sales Hub, and I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows take some time to set up, but I would rather have a complex and capable tool that is customizable than a rigid tool that cannot adapt to your needs.

Tracking my sales activity and keeping a sales dashboard of deals open and closed.
Intuitive Interface Makes Getting Started Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's user interface is excellent. It allows end users to quickly get started and easily navigate to the right sections to begin their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not the biggest fan of the sequence module. In my experience, building out multi-step sequences could be a bit more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to outline all the tasks I need to complete each day. Since I reach out to many prospects daily, it’s extremely helpful in ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
Endless Customization and Features for Sales Success
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features. The more you use it the more you can customize your sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple things specific to our type of sale that I dislike about hubspot, such as the ability to create multiple leads with the same phone number.
