What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub alleviates my workload by allowing AI data entry for adding new companies, which saves me a great deal of time. It efficiently streamlines my CRM processes, making it much easier to track all projects and tasks, and helps form a comprehensive web of information for my upcoming deals. The ease of use cannot be overstated; my landing page is organized in such a way that I can clearly see my day-to-day tasks, and it significantly enhances my work organization. This intuitive setup makes HubSpot Sales Hub a valuable tool in managing my professional responsibilities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that sometimes when I open a contact or company, I can't go back to the previous screen. Specifically, if I'm in prospects and I click back, it mistakenly takes me to contacts instead of where I was before. Additionally, I am disappointed by the lack of integration with certain tools we wish to use, such as Dodge or Milltech, which we haven't been able to achieve yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track projects and tasks, creating a spiderweb of info for upcoming deals. It's easy to use, organizes my daily tasks efficiently, and the AI data entry simplifies adding companies.
