overall good, need some work.

simplicity. that part of their system is good

almost too simple at times and certain functions make 0 sense. ie hubspot documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how to stay on top of our prospects and move them through the sales cycle.

decide what your team needs and see if HS can provide that.
I couldn't do my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives me all of the tools I need as a sales rep to narrow my efforts to the communications that truly matter for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The reporting side as a manager has a lot to be worked on, but still useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to effectively manage and plan my day based on where my efforts are most needed for our prospects.

Just do it!
HubSpot makes scheduling so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, setting up meetings, and sorting through emails and new notifications all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my HubSpot link has issues working, but other times it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving going between too many different avenues to find what I'm looking for. Having everything for my company in one place makes it so much easier.

I like everything about the product. No Issues

Calendar booking and follow ups.
My experience with HubSpot over the last ~5 months has been exceptional.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the custom property feature in the deal settings which allows me to filter out clients by date, size, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many clicks to get from one item to the next. Lots of features are good, but it can be overdone sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved tons of time and back and forth by using the template & meeting features. I can spend time doing more important tasks because of it.
Hubspot is simply #1
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a range of CRMs over my career and Hubspot is clearly the best. I love the activity tracking feature and the scale and ease of joining sales and marketing together. It's top shelf!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm 100% satisfied, and I don't have any gaps that are top of mind. Clearly superior to Salesforce in every aspect, and priced at a fraction of the cost. Hubspotters unite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated the sales and marketing efforts with our custom website, and it's easy for me to track prospect activity and gain insights on their purchasing behavior.
Great CRM that keeps me producing and on task
What do you like best about the product?
I like the program because it keeps me on task and is very user friendly. I can keep track of my tasks and see who and when is reading my emails and clicking on links I provide to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works perfect for all of my needs. Hubspot is the benchmark that all other CRMs strive to reach. I like the ability to make the calls directly through my computer while having the ability to make calls directly from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have had zero issues with the system, I have used the system in other companies and now pay out of pocket to use it for myself. The program is very user-friendly and it keeps me on task.

Efficient system and easy to use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
mm. it doesn't all the data of my CSV files when I upload files on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
updating contact informations and I find it very helpful for easy access when I need to follow up with the clients.

Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very straightforward and simple to navigate. Interface is very user friendly and have had no issues on confusion of navigation or layout with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tabs seem to be somewhat randomized and are hard to get accustomed to. On the drop down tabs, it seems that some of the options would be a part of other tabs or should be their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping company information and notes organized to keep up with sales process. Easy connection with other tools that allow easier prospecting and accurate information keeping.

Familiarize yourself with the platform and find systems to stay organized.

The sequencing feature allows you to connect with multiple prospects at a time in a coordinated manner.

How many emails you can send out at one time.
