What do you like best about the product?
The integration with the CRM makes it simple to track client interactions and follow up in a timely way. Email tracking and pipeline visibility help us stay organised and ensure no opportunity is overlooked. It saves time by automating routine tasks, provides clear visibility into the status of client matters, and improves collaboration across the team. The reporting tools also give valuable insights into performance and client engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are complex at first and require training to use effectively. The pricing can also be a barrier for smaller teams. Customisation can be limited in certain areas, and occasionally syncing data across integrations takes longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of leads, manage our pipeline, and maintain consistent communication with clients. This ensures smoother follow-ups, fewer missed opportunities, and a better overall client experience.
High & Hidden Costs
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a lots of features covers almost everything a sales team might need. Setting this up is also easy. Integrations with other tools are strong and automation helps reduce manual work
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs are high and there are many hidden fees. I would not recommend anyone purchase HubSpot. Additionally, the email deliverability is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads and deals is straightforward, and accessing all the marketing data is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the organization and ease of all data and processes needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a dislike, at this point. All tech requires patience and learning curves. This one pays BIG dividends!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has given me piece of mind and confidence in the processing of sales from client acquisition to the onboarding process. I can be confident that HubSpot helps me manage each step with confidence.
Great for Small and Large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The easy setup/implementation and intuitive work flow so that I can get what I need done with out any guessing on where things are at. A lot of features! I do like the integration it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working quickly I noticed sometimes there is a small lag time when I request a page or report. But maybe I'm impatient. Depending on what you need you can quickly find you need to upgrade your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospective and lead workflow. It helps to streamline our engagement from social media to website contact.
Decent CRM with Room for Automation Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find it incredibly beneficial that HubSpot Sales Hub connects effortlessly to my email and automatically creates leads for me. Additionally, its user-friendly nature makes it easy to navigate, and I appreciate the ability to book meetings seamlessly within the platform. The visual chart of the CRM process is great for understanding the full sales cycle, adding value to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?

I find the product connects to my email and creates leads automatically, providing visual charts for the CRM process and simplifying booking meetings.
Streamlined CRM with Easy Integration and Efficient Email Sequencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is fairly simple to use and integrate. The email sequences work really well and are easy to put together, saving me massive amounts of time on follow-ups. Keeping everything in one place gives my whole team visibility into our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be able to use a keyboard only to tab through sections. The interface is slow sometimes. It feels like it’s getting bloated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything in one place, giving my team full visibility into our data. It simplifies CRM, prospecting, pipeline tracking, and relationship nurturing. Email sequences save me massive amounts of time on follow-ups.
Great tool for Sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been great for our sales operations. Very easy to use, easy to implement. We use it on a daily basis, integrated with other softwares such as gmail, pandadoc, stripe. Customer Support is also a highlight. We also use diverse tools inside the software that helps marketing, operations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a barrier, specially for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, tracking communication with deals and clients, sending quotes, managing leads and contacts, templates for communication, marketing caimpaings and more!

Sometimes notification get missed for a follow up/task.

HubSpot Sales Hub; All-in-one solution for transforming sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and works excellently with the HubSpot ecosystem. We also use HubSpot Marketing and CRM solutions for our organization. It helps sales users streamline and prioritize their sales outreach based on the prospect's interest and propensity, thereby helping them focus on deals that'd likely close. It's dashboard and reporting are also great - glad to have them in the tool itself and not having to rely on external analytics platforms to measure performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Sales Hub comes packed with a lot of features, I feel that it lacks the ability to customize the platform. I have used Salesforce and Adobe platforms in the past, and they were more customizable than Sales Hub (at least in my opinion and experience). Also, it would have been great if the lower tiers could have had some more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped automate a lot of manual sales tasks (for which we'd have to maintain complicated spreadsheets, forms, etc.). It offers a centralized platform for all our sales users and their activities. Real-time data and analytics are a great plus, too. Overall, its built-in workflow and automation capabilities have helped us improve sales users' productivity, which directly impacts our topline.
Hubspot sales hub is the most reliable platform.

I would like really like to appreciate there calling and management features.

Adding more features would be really great.
