It's a bit crowded, too many functionalities and options, the menu is very large. It would be easier if there was less information on the screen for me to select from.

I occasionally encounter problems with cookies, which prevent me from using my account in a regular browser. As a result, I have to switch to incognito mode to access the panel. Additionally, there are times when the connected Gmail account disconnects on its own, making it challenging to keep track of emails in the contact section.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good product with a quick implementation and customer support to manage your business deals. Its various features including the task list, upcoming activities, action items are very helpful and easy to use. Integrating it was the easiest by logging it using the company email. Our team uses it on a very frequent basis.

The improvement scope is that if it sends personalised notifications and remiinders from the to do list

I’ve been using HubSpot Sales Hub for over four years, and what I like most is how easy it is to track deals, manage my pipelines, and keep a clear handle on revenue forecasts all in one place.

Honestly, not much to complain about. Every now and then, I just find myself wanting a slightly quicker way to get to what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of deals and forecasts without things slipping through the cracks, so I’ve got a much clearer picture of where everything sits. With our sales, marketing, and service data all in one system, I’m not juggling spreadsheets or guessing where things are, and reporting becomes a lot easier.

did not come with an inbound phone number for inbound sales calls

We looked into it for our inbound sales call volume. We needed a solution and Hubspot provided some utilization but not all.

The most helpful aspect of HubSpot is the ability for information to be organized and linked so that members of the team can find all necessary information in one place.

I think I would have to say that what I dislike the most about Hubspot is some of the unecessary components that you cannot remove that clutter your system. As well as the fact that it allows duplicate inventory to be created.

HubSpot keeps all the information in one place so that I can reference anything about the client that I need in a more efficient way.
