Once you go HubSpot, you don't go back

What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking, calling through the app, call recording, dashboards, the ability to see teammates' past activity, templates, sequences. Basically, all of HubSpot's features are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this is not helpful, but there is nothing that I dislike. I previously used Salesforce and could go on and on about things I disliked about them. But with HubSpot there is nothing that really stands out to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits have been a shorter sales cycle, higher partner resign/upsell rate, higher conversion rate, and a ton of analytics to help back crucial business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are easy to make and use. Email tracking and dashboards are also a huge advantage. Using the Hubspot Crome extension has really helped. Filtering outreach lists is also very straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot calling feature doesn't always work the way I would like it to. Sometimes my calls don't go thru and sometimes there is an excess of static feedback making it hard to hear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The extensive tracking of email opens (including forwarding) and 'link click' tracking is very beneficial. It helps me track which of my prospects are actually showing interest in my communications. Sales pipelines also help keep track of these opportunities and allow my team to take a quick and accurate look at potential revenue. The addition of adding grey boxes to deals that haven't been touched in a certain number of days is also very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unlike some other CRMs, this is truly a sales enablement/marketing tool. There is a learning curve to how effective you can be using the software, but once you do learn all of the functionality inside the platform, it is immensely helpful. Your Hubspot support agent will help you every step of the way. I would recommend that people start with perfecting their email strategy inside the platform and using the analytical tools (dashboards) in conjunction with this to see what is working most effectively. From there, once opportunities arise, become familiar with the Sales pipeline and continue to use the analytical tools to help manage your deals as well. I would recommend tracking the reasons that you have won or lost certain deals.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very organized CRM. Tasks also allow me to keep up with all my clients and not miss any deals. The reminders also keep me in front of the clients even if its in 3-6 or 9 months
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't make a deal paid manually

The problem I am solving is not letting any prospects slip through the cracks. I can also send them automated email messages in a sequence and just constantly stay in front of them

I wish I could import a list of contacts into sequences and not have to manually enter emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The simpleness of navigation and how helpful support is, as well as the simple process to make my day and job a lot smoother, this is a great product i suggest it to all.
What do you dislike about the product?
i do not have any dislikes in regards to this platform, I enjoy it a lot and plan to continue using this product, i have great success and do not look for nothing but success.

i am solving issues with dealerships looking to cancel and HubSpot provides great and easy access, and that is all the benefit that i currently need at this time

How easy and fast is to learn about HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is how they provide detailed instructions to new users and that helps people that are using the application for the first time learn faster and get used to a new platform in a very timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsizes for HubSpot, since they listen to their customers constantly and they update their system very regularly. Something I wish they would add is a Text message option since some clients prefer to be contacted by text before a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping our organization by keeping us organized, it allows us to contact customers without using our phones/emails. And the best part is the constant reminders and specific dates. One of the greatest benefits has to be the amazing grammar corrector they have, especially for people whose first language is not English.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a beginner and are moving into the sales environment, HubSpot is the best way service to keep you organized, up to date with clients and it is very easy to learn and use.
