What do you like best about the product?
Super powerful tool, with amazing capabilities for email marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be better. Some workflows lack efficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-ups, staying on top of my daily tasks. Calender integration.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM feature easy to use, products, quotations, everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still too expensive for the full Hub, and the "pay per seat" business model is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting organized all sales data. Deals, Contacts, Products solds, and forecats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its expensive , if you have the money then try to get Marketing Hub and Sales hub
Great tool for SaaS sales
What do you like best about the product?
SalesHub has been a great tool for my sales team and the larger group of my cofounders that help with sales. Everything is tracked easily and the Outlook plugin works well for everyone once they figure out how to use it properly (not hard). The tracking, deals, email automation and task management is all very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few shortcomings to describe, but I'll admit, I'm not sure what is in SalesHub vs. Sales Pro. We would like more features when it comes to tasks since shared queues are limited. Otherwise, hard to find something to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My SaaS sales function needs strong inbound and outbound functions. The automation really saves time for sales staff and drives consistency. Having more than 5 email templates requires an upgrade to Sales Pro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of features, however, HubSpot has done a masterful job of putting key features in their SalesPro tier, so you will find yourself having to make a decision on the value of what will be a very expensive upgrade.

You can handle all your clients, communications, sequence, documents etc.

Sometimes you don't have any permission to connect to other platforms, or download information

What do you like best about the product?
Communication tracking - tracks emails for my entire team and makes it easy to see where communication left off. Deals are a good way to see what was quoted and agreed upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook Add-on is clunky. It doesn't work well with the Mac and sometimes tracking is not turned on and we are unaware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not tried to solve any problems with Hubspot Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and that you get so much functionality for free. I like that HubSpot offers enough that as a small business we can save some money by using their free version until we reach a point that we need to upgrade. That is what happened with us, we started with the free version and then got to the point that we added the Sales Hub. This has been great to allow for sequences and ensure that each lead receives proper follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales hub is great and my real dislike is more with HubSpot as a whole than it is with the sales hub specifically and that is that there is limited ability to customize some of the fields. I would like to be able to have more options and use terminology that better aligns with our processes. At times the reporting can also be a bit difficult to interpret, but I am learning more as I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of how we deploy our limited resources. By having the Sales Hub we are able to prioritize our best leads and make sure that they receive the follow-up that they need while also giving more flexibility to handle some of our lower performing lead sources. We can have a sales leader that better fit tasks to individual team members.
Easy to use and extreamly easy to configure. Great for small to medium businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and easy to scale with the different modules available. It is also easy to integrate with some of the data providers like zoominfo and seamless.ai
What do you dislike about the product?
It is prone to outages and sometimes doesn't allow you to use certain features. It lasts for a couple of minutes but it can be a pain if you have time sensitive tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation through sequences. Tracking deals and forecasting pipeline. It's very easy to create your own sequence and workflows associated with the sequence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if it meets your business needs and budget. If you want to get started with a CRM then this is an ideal CRM software that is great to use. There's a ton of free educational content via the Hubspot University that your team can make use of. It is fairly easy to scale so you can start small on the smaller plans and then scale.
