What do you like best about the product?
Able to track lead generations from LinkedIn & Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make emails to send to clients, and track lead generations (contact info of person).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend HubSpot. A lot of features available for marketing agencies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the combination of "out-of-the-box ready to use object data around pipelines,deals,contacts,companies. Simple businesses can get set up very quickly and have a lot of runway with the product for future growth and expansion
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the way they tee-up "contacts" is very hard to stay flexible with what is a lead and what is not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving adherence to sales process. but workshopping the data we want to see, we are creating views and process for our company
Very easy and friendly to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
how easy and friendly it is, the time it takes to do complicated actions is much shorter compare to others, amazing customer cervice
What do you dislike about the product?
they can improve reporting for custom objects, it behaves a little differently than native ones and creates a bit extra work but it's minor thing

it's easy to manage deals and business workflows around it, we can easily create workflows and reports around it

sometimes it gets slower and mix numbers even it's filtered by country

it allows for flexibility in designing our sales pipeline

i would appreciate having control on what is shown on sales pipeline board view

Sales Hub allows our sales team to be on the field without sacrificing time away from other customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is user-friendly and easy to connect across other applications, and generates apt reports. Very conveienient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Only thing I wish it would auto fill certain if the tickets with similar conversations are already addressed.

I have not been using Hubspot Sales.

Highly recommend if you want a smooth working across the portals.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks, because I can delegate tasks for myself, lets me know what my day will look like. Love sequences becuase I can enroll my potential customers into a sequence and the alerts I get when they view my emails and templates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike, I enjoy all of the different features HS offers. It helps me stay on track and lets me know who I need to contact for the day and who is clicking on the emails I am sending them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, HS works great for me as a sales tool. I enjoy making calls on it, and taking notes while I am on a call is extremely helpful. I am a notetaker, so it helps.
Very easy to navigate and great filters and options for contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different filters you can have to sort your contacts. There are many specifics in Hubspot and a lot of room for customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of I dislike, maybe that I have to save every view and that it doesn't save automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot made our email campaign productive and the software is easy to use! The sequences feature is very helpful in our email campaign compared to Mailchimp.
What do you dislike about the product?
None! Hubspot is the best and has no missing application so far. It works perfectly in all aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before subscribing to Hubspot, our dilemma was the email campaign sequencing. And there you go, Hubspot quickly solved our problem. We are growing step by step.

Hubspot is second to none in terms of quality service and deliverability. This software is complete and will complete all your sales and marketing needs.
