Sales hub for the sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to completely have the sales process in 1 platform. By logging conversations and calls the entire team gets to see whats up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot possible, thanks to events like this you get more info about each topic and see how it can work for you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have the team have insights in whats going on, learn from each other and assist where needed
Its overwhelming initially but once you find the tools that work for your workflow it’s much easier.

Initial startup can be a lot to handle in the beginning.

Keeping track of leads that tend to fall through the cracks.

Accesibility to information, easy creation and use of properties, and amazing panels and charts creation

Sometimes sales people cannot easily interact with it

Automating a complex sales renewal process is only possible for our small team with the help of HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s unclear if our customizations will hurt us down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to renew tens of thousands of customers bi-annually. The price is dependent on their geography and other factors. We only have about 30 days to set the prices and contact the customers. HubSpot makes it possible to attempt renewal, and track what prices each customer is on and what their renewal status is.

What do you like best about the product?
The way its easy to manage the sales processes, get clarity on how the team is doing and automate a lot of their work so they can focus on selling
What do you dislike about the product?
I think primarily the utilisation and adoption capability - whenever i launch a new process, i want an adoption feature that can do step by step guidance for the team

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature that I use in HubSpot sales is the Sales Workspace. This gives a universal view for my sales reps on their business. It is a one stop shop that makes it easy to see how they performing against quota, activity KPIs, and upcoming tasks and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pre-templated reports are limited in filtering and providing the specific data that may need. The templates are great in concept but lack execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline transparency and accountability and moving into more accurate forecasting.

Ease of use and always be closing! It is the go to for sales succes

Sometimes if can be difficult to set it up to your willing as there are so many features

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales team loves the prospecting tool in HubSpot. It helps them better target qualified leads, and deliver more sales. Quote pipelines also give everyone visibility to the current sales cycle helping all facets of the company from marketing, to service, to operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sales teams create too many quote pipelines making it confusing as to where we are in the project. It definitely needs to be managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of our customers in one central location. We love a single source of truth!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives reps a central space to easy follow up, track customers and manage pipeline. With the advent of breeze, Hubspot now saves the teams hours each day, quite simply the best CRM I have used and constantly evolving through listening to customer feedback
