Great for organizing the CRM
What do you like best about the product?
How it is laid out and how easy it is to navigate all of it’s features
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent updates make things tricky to find occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down a lot of different areas of a CRM into one spot that is easily navigable
Great experience using Sales Hub my whole career so far
What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub is a very intuitive platform that makes it easier for my sales teams to focus on the customer rather than operations. Sales hub also provides amazing insights for managers to analyze and evaluate the health of the pipelines and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are updates which impact where things are and how they are named. It would be useful to give users or admins a heads up before making these changes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the amount of headache and work sellers have to do while making it easier for managers to analyze performance.
It streamlines sales and sets us up for success

I like how easy it makes organizing customer data and tracking deals/deal progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t clean data without paying a ton for data hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with organizing and tracking deals. I don’t use it for everything I should but I’m learning!

The lifecycle stages are not as practical

Not necessarily a HubSpot downfall but I don't like how our whole organization is not using the same platform

It hasn’t been super customizable in the past but it is becoming highly customizable.

There are lots of out of the box integrations and it is easier to use then SFDC

If you are familiar with Salesforce there is a lack of validation rules

Hubspot has a very clean and user friendly interface.

Some of the formatting can be tough to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot sales hub! I love Hubspot in general and that everything we do can be in Hubspot from prospecting, to creating meetings with chili piper, to having our notes and sending quotes! I love sequences and automations as well as the new AI assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to have live coaching in the the dialer. Want to have an easy way for meetings to be done out of Hubspot for webinars instead of other tools that don’t integrate as well.

To automatically dial and record call notes. Have all our organization in one meeting.
