Enabling sales teams small and large
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for small teams. Flexible and customizable for large. Sales teams never miss a lead, can prioritize outreach and can close deals faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will need marketing hub if you want to use the firms without HubSpot branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and prioritizing leads and deals.
Easy to Use, Powerful Enough
What do you like best about the product?
We have a somewhat tech-averse team, but HubSpot is easy enough to use that it's hard for them to have excuses for not doing their CRM hygiene work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, especially around reporting, but not so many that it's a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking activities and information of deals with prospective and current customers. It lets us understand trends, ease the handover from sales to customer success, and much more.
Mobile App was a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Love the mobile app capability for when on the road as well as the ability to use reports in the app to get the visibility we need. On desktop - Sales workspace and AI summaries are particularly useful

Next best actions are not quite there yet

Easy meetings and record visibility makes it faster and easier for our teams to get deals done and completed.
We came from sage CRM so having all these tools available has improved things drastically. Not sure how we operate without it

Sales Hub is easy to understand and navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more capability to filter and configure association cards on the right side nav bar. For example, I can only add 4 properties on a card, and I'm limited when trying to filter on certain info

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a solid tool for our team, bringing GTM motions under one roof and streamlining our revenue operations. The platform is friendly and approachable, with stellar educational resources to ensure we're leveraging things fully and furthering our team's professional development.
Certain aspects could use some work (specifically around sequencing), and the cost can add up, but overall it’s been a welcomed change and is enabling the operational scaling we were after.

What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing capabilities need some work--we've had to spend a lot of time working with reps to refine their workflows and ensure they fit HubSpot's limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get a more comprehensive view of our GTM operations, bringing growth, sales, and CS into one platform (for the most part!) which allows us to better serve our customers across the entire life-cycle.
Effective tool

Tracking emails in one location is edficient

Permission and subscription settings is too mich

The simplicity of an “off the shelf product” makes life easier for the sales team

I like how there are three simple distinct objects . Deals , Quotes and Invoices. This keeps the sales flow simple and clear
What do you dislike about the product?
That invoice status does not change when payment status changes. For example when payment goes to refunded

Simplifying our sales process we are moving over from SFDC and this has helped a ton

We recently launched sales hub as our CRM and are excited that our marketing now flows in sync to our sales side.

We are having issues with duplications and various ways contacts and companies are being made
