HubSpot Sales Hub: Essential Tool for Success
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the organization and ease of all data and processes needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a dislike, at this point. All tech requires patience and learning curves. This one pays BIG dividends!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has given me piece of mind and confidence in the processing of sales from client acquisition to the onboarding process. I can be confident that HubSpot helps me manage each step with confidence.
Great for Small and Large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The easy setup/implementation and intuitive work flow so that I can get what I need done with out any guessing on where things are at. A lot of features! I do like the integration it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working quickly I noticed sometimes there is a small lag time when I request a page or report. But maybe I'm impatient. Depending on what you need you can quickly find you need to upgrade your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospective and lead workflow. It helps to streamline our engagement from social media to website contact.
Decent CRM with Room for Automation Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find it incredibly beneficial that HubSpot Sales Hub connects effortlessly to my email and automatically creates leads for me. Additionally, its user-friendly nature makes it easy to navigate, and I appreciate the ability to book meetings seamlessly within the platform. The visual chart of the CRM process is great for understanding the full sales cycle, adding value to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product connects to my email and creates leads automatically, providing visual charts for the CRM process and simplifying booking meetings.
Streamlined CRM with Easy Integration and Efficient Email Sequencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is fairly simple to use and integrate. The email sequences work really well and are easy to put together, saving me massive amounts of time on follow-ups. Keeping everything in one place gives my whole team visibility into our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be able to use a keyboard only to tab through sections. The interface is slow sometimes. It feels like it’s getting bloated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything in one place, giving my team full visibility into our data. It simplifies CRM, prospecting, pipeline tracking, and relationship nurturing. Email sequences save me massive amounts of time on follow-ups.
Great tool for Sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been great for our sales operations. Very easy to use, easy to implement. We use it on a daily basis, integrated with other softwares such as gmail, pandadoc, stripe. Customer Support is also a highlight. We also use diverse tools inside the software that helps marketing, operations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a barrier, specially for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, tracking communication with deals and clients, sending quotes, managing leads and contacts, templates for communication, marketing caimpaings and more!

Sometimes notification get missed for a follow up/task.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very useful for keeping track of your daily tasks at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about this so far. However, I'm considering connecting it with Rocketreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, I have a lot of tasks assigned to me, such as coordinating with clients and following up on emails. Trying to remember all of these in my head is not easy—in fact, it can feel impossible. However, Hubspot makes this much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple set-up, great variety of tools for tracking (lists, tasks, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Aircall integration, it is super buggy and opens many tabs which slows the whole computer down

Used to have the problem where id track everything in different places now I can just do everything out of hubspot
User friendly all-in-one platform
What do you like best about the product?
user friendly interface. very intuitive not much training is needed to be successful on this platform if you've never used it before. Good educational tools if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the is the "freemium" business model. The attractive entry-level "Starter" plans or the free CRM can be misleading for growing businesses. As a company's needs expand, like my small business (I no longer own) , they require more advanced features, the jump to the "Professional" and "Enterprise" tiers comes with a substantial price increase. Its already expensive and this is a major problem.
