What do you like best about the product?
The energy in this place is amazing. So many ideas with so little time. Taking back multiple solutions to current issues. Now to work on cross-department collaboration.

Most of the customer experience sessions were scheduled at the same time.

There is so much to use that unless you have someone helping bring you up to speed it’s going to have limited to no success for adoption.

I love the Sales Workspace for our reps. It has changed the game on how they manage their follow ups

Sometimes it can be clunky and deal insights are not always accurate

Some customers find it a bit pricey, but in the end they see the value

Pipeline view makes tracking deals simple. Email sequences save time on follow-ups. Everything syncs well with other HubSpot tools. Mobile app works great. Reports show what’s working without being complicated.

Gets pricey as you add more users. Some features need technical setup

No more lost leads in spreadsheets. All customer info in one place. Automated follow-ups so nothing falls through cracks. Better team collaboration.

Nothing in particular. If there is something that I'm missing, mostly it is available as a beta

There are so many opportunities to track specific data and properties, and with that comes the challenge of keeping data clean and up to date
