What do you like best about the product?
Closing Deals more efficient for Sales Teams

Sometimes a little complex because of all the new features released (good thing though).

Its very easy to use and to learn from. Even if your not a very “tech” person.

Data quality - I know its being fixed with the new data hub but its a major opportunity.

My dislikes are more related to permissions. The Sales Hub is a great tool for my company!

I like how much data we can collect and save about our customers so that I can tailor my marketing content to their wants and needs

My sales team has not been able to really automate their data. It’s more manual work and therefore they usually choose not to do it.

The kanban view of the deal pipeline. Gmail plugin makes tracking effortless.

There’s so many features that for a tiny sales team it can be a bit overwhelming

Lead & deal & contact management. Our sales cycle can be years long so having all passive opportunities in the system is valuable.
Easy-to-Use CRM That Drives Sales Efficiency And Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales CRM is strong for pipeline visibility and team adoption. The interface is clean, reporting is flexible, and integrations (especially with Marketing Hub) reduce friction. It’s easy to set up sequences, track deals, and keep sales activity organized without constant admin work.
What I love the best is the reporting to help with sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Data hygiene takes constant discipline because the system doesn’t proactively flag inconsistencies.
