What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the option to integrate just about anything I want to HubSpot and no longer have data silos!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t do it all myself. I definitely need integrators to help me get set up which is an added expense and time.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming into my role 5 years ago, I had no idea how to use the CRM. Fortunately, the tool is easy to learn and build in, so I quickly became a trusted resource for all things HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better reporting on various metrics in regards to customer engagement on nurtures and cross selling

Sales hub has helped to solve email tracking and measuring engagement for things like website visits.
