What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub brings everything I need into one place from tracking deals and managing pipelines to automating outreach and logging communication. What I like best is the visibility and organization it gives me. The clean interface, integrated email tracking, and customizable dashboards help me stay on top of every opportunity and focus more on selling, not admin. It’s a huge time-saver and keeps the entire sales process streamlined and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While overall it’s a great tool, a few areas could be improved. Some advanced features feel locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for growing teams. Reporting can also feel a bit rigid unless you build custom reports, which takes extra time and know-how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping solve the challenge of staying organized and consistent across a fast-moving sales process. Before using it, managing leads, follow-ups, and deal tracking across multiple tools was messy and time-consuming. Now, everything is centralized from contact data and email tracking to task reminders and pipeline visibility. This not only saves me time but also helps me stay on top of every opportunity and close deals more efficiently. It’s also improved team collaboration since everyone has access to the same real-time data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean and intuitive interface. Setting up pipelines, tracking deals, and managing contacts feels seamless. The email tracking and templates save me hours each week, and the integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to align sales and marketing efforts. The reporting dashboard is also straightforward yet powerful for quick insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced reporting features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive. I also find that the calling functionality isn’t as robust as dedicated dialer tools. At times, syncing with third-party tools like Outlook can be a little glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us streamline lead management, track outreach, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets and email threads; now, everything is centralized. It also helps align our sales and marketing teams since we can see the full customer journey in one place.
