HubSpot power user who couldn’t live without it
What do you like best about the product?
We use sales hub to track deals and to make sure that our team is doing all of the action they should be. We use the dashboards to track metrics and how reps are comparing to each other and we look at deal pipeline, daily To, project sales revenue, and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t feel like the metrics are always 100% accurate

The UI is super user friendly and designed w busy sales reps in mind

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how innovative HubSpot is. The company is always changing and adapting as the space does. Another thing is how they put their customers first. Highly recommend.

The sales team originally. Customer services is what saves it.

Syncs everything into once place. Really enjoy how you can customize it as you want.

It has all of my user and customer info right in one spot allowing my sales team to make decisions that convert vs detract.
