HubSpot Account User - Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
HS Sales Hub offers an easy way to bring all helpful and necessary data together for just the sages team but all supporting teams as well in a smart and seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides and to scratch deep enough, it’s usually something that gets resolved before too long in the UX/UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multiple sources of client data across different platforms, HS has brought them together allowing our teams to save time and effort so they can focus on results instead of process.

Ease of use with the product and insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Transition costs to change platforms and lack of integrations with association management systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not a customer yet, but possible in the future.
I've used Hubspot for over a decade and each year it gets better and better

I like that it brings all of our data into one place and allows our sales team to take quick action on there accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales workspace seems disconnected from the main CRM pipeline at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal scoring helps us identify deals that are ready to close and allows our teams to focus on the right deals at the right time

Allows our team to share information about each part of the sales lifecycle including after the initial close.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot continues to add features that are included in the base plan so really not much to add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed client information used for follow up on the finance side.
Sales Hub - Mandatory!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage companies customers and deals and view their online activity in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve can be steep and the choice of a good implementation partner are critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us solve a complex GTM. I’m not sure we would be able to do what we do without it.
Best sales tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive and easy to use. It does not require hand holding and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just needs more features to really have it stand out from sales force

It’s helping us unlock our existing customer base insights
Easy automation and lead management
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to manage their 1:1 relationships with their leads and helps give our Marketing team what they need to evaluate upper funnel campaign performance based on lower funnel conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that I feel like we're underutilizing because the time it takes to learn them is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesHub allows us to quantify our sales team's performance while providing and tracking more detailed information about our leads.
Customizable and intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so intuitive to use and easy to customize even for small companies that might not have the in-house knowledge around CRM best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features available can be a bit overwhelming for people not used to CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing our organisation to keep all our customer information in one single place, making it easy to answer.
Just starting, but loving it!

It is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

we are still using other systems to, so not everything is in HubSpot.

We are just at the beginning of streamlining our processes and this is a huge first step.
Easy out of the box-ish crm
What do you like best about the product?
What i really like from the sales hib is that the implementation is not complex and within a couple of weeks you can hace a crm that works and will help you optimize your sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes irs limited the amount of complex things you cam do but they can be fixed with with workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales optimization, pipeline management and forecasting.
