Works and when it doesn’t they usually care enough to fix it
What do you like best about the product?
Product releases and improvements are constant. It’s not a static platform - in a good way.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS support is super hit or miss. Pricing is confusing

Reporting. Transparency across the whole org

I enjoy all the lead source information and keeping tabs on all active leads/deals

Add ons always cost extra and often feels like we need a single additional feature

The insights and deal pipeline are going to amplify our businesses ability to manage the sales team and make strategic decisions

We have had to customize and leverage a third party implementation partner which has taken time and money to develop and roll out

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub centralises all of my sales data and allows for really easy overview of all deals, forecast and helps flag any potential risks with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
More standard properties so less custom calculated properties are needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have all of my teams sales data and conversation data with prospects in one place so nothing is siloed or forgotten
Great tool to ensure no sales leads fall through the crack
What do you like best about the product?
I think I find most useful is the leads score which is looking at different signals to tell me how likely they are to close
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more interactive UI like a chat like where I can have conversations with my data inside

Having a structured way of following up with my leads. No more spreadsheets or information scattered everywhere.

Sales Hub is great for providing one holistic view of sales activities and opportunities and all of the engagement / behavioural data that comes with it
What do you dislike about the product?
The legacy quoting tool isn’t as flexible or customisable as other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of insight into sales activities, control over mandatory data to be captured against new customers as deals progress, and data visibility

What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is supercool for the sales team and flexibility to create custom view is awesome

Nothing I can remember as it has all the tools for me to do my job

Ease of use and managing my day to day interaction

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is its ease of use, we don’t need a developer or Admin. We can manage the system effectively in house which is a significant cost saving over competing products

It can be a little difficult to know which properties to use or what will populate automatically

Being able to track all our sales activity was crucial to being able to see what approaches are working

Not so intuitive for people new. It is hard to deploy for big companies.

With the new release at inbound 2025 and the sales workspace, the sale hub has now proven to be the leading platform available for teams of all sizes

Faster roll out of sales workspace, better integrated reporting on Leads.
