What do you like best about the product?
How complex and detailed you can make the dashboards and reporting tools, but then intergrate AI to translate and serve the information in an easy to digest way

The learning curve to get everything intergrated and setup is quite steep

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows us to make notes, follow up, and assign relevant tasks to BDMs easily when rescheduling with clients. I find the filtering and lead enrichment features very helpful. Previous company, we only had the name of the person before hand when calling. Now, with several integration like apollo, chrome extension and LinkedIn profile, we get AI-generated summaries, overview and understand profile before jumping into a call. helps us look well prepped and improves closing rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features Feels underused. Most things are setup and used as routine. So with training or suggestion we could help use better. Like some filtering tactics I learned while observing a friend only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub connects workflows and spreadsheets, helping us manage leads efficiently. It enriches lead data, reducing spam feeling and providing better caller insights. It aids in closing leads faster and keeps everyone informed with summarized call transcripts.

Easy Setup, Fast Support, and a Centralized Built-In CRM

What do you like best about the product?
First of all Its console/panel is easy to understand for new bees. The integration is very easy and fast. Its pricing is worthy to use and the customer support is also fast. The build in CRM ensure all the integrations are centeralised, you don't have to switch to multiple third parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is downside in it is its pricing for advanced features and customization. The customization is limited and the advanced features is limited to higher plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is beneficial for early tracking of email and leads and is time-saving for scattered data across sheets, increasing my overall performance. It helps me in automation like emails and reminders, So that I don't forget follow ups.

Workflow Changes Make Tasks Disappear, and RingCentral Calling Falls Short

What do you like best about the product?
I like using the platform through the tasks function. I can move quickly through cold calls while spending time on the calls/emails that are further down the sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our admin is the biggest problem. He is constantly changing workflows which makes accounts/tasks/leads disappear. The task of adding contacts is a bit daunting. Calling in HS with Ring Central doesn't work well at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to find leads as long as I have a task attached. Cold calling, when people are in a sequence, goes very fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn’t use any other CRM—HubSpot has everything I need, and the Sales Hub is truly stellar. The pipeline management saves me a ton of time and keeps me focused on the right priorities. The automation also works really well, letting me personalize outreach while still automating follow-ups with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a learning curve if you’re not familiar with HubSpot, but that’s because it is a powerful tool with a lot of customization. The goals and forecasting tools could be a little easier and I wish you could track custom goals in Sales Hub Professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool saves me time and makes it easy to do quick, personalized outreach. The templates keep my demo follow-up in one easy-to-find place, with all my links already included. I also really like the calendar tool—it’s great, and it links to all properties for my contact and company records.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Sales Hub for its reporting features. The organization and presentation of the reports make it effective for quarterly meetings. I also find the lead generation capabilities beneficial. It's been smoothless to set up, making it easy for us to get started.

Automations are hard to use for non-tech savvy people in my team.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub has a genuinely friendly UI, which means reps can onboard fast. The deal board is intuitive, and the email and meeting tools work without friction. The native integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a big plus because lead handoff between marketing and sales is seamless. I also appreciate the flexible reporting and dashboards that don't require a BI tool on top. The Marketing Hub integration is fantastic because a lead captured from a landing page lands in the CRM with all relevant context, so the rep already knows what the prospect was looking at. Dashboards allow each rep and manager to build their own view without involving an analyst, and the intuitive UI ensures high adoption, keeping data quality up. Additionally, connecting HubSpot Sales Hub with Slack means reps get notifications about deal updates and mentions in their channel, and the Gmail and Google Calendar integration helps with email tracking and meeting bookings. I also find the email tracking and sequences out of the box to be a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing escalates fast as you add seats and move up tiers. Some features that feel like they should be standard (advanced reporting, custom objects, certain automations) sit in higher plans. The Operations Hub is also somewhat limited if you want to do complex data sync without writing custom code. The mobile app, while functional, is not as polished as the web experience. More dashboard parity (some custom reports just don't render the same), faster sync of activities so logging a call from mobile shows up immediately for the team, and better bulk actions on the mobile app (right now bulk editing or assigning records is much easier on web). Also inline editing on the deal list view would be a nice add.

HubSpot Sales Hub provides a reliable single source of truth for our sales pipeline, automates repetitive tasks like logging emails and meetings, and enhances collaboration and reporting, saving us from scattered spreadsheets and inboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is robust, offering everything you could want for a sales feature. It's easy to collect leads from our website, communicate with them systematically, and understand our sales pipeline as leads turn into deals. The tool helps us organize sales leads efficiently and allows us to quickly convert them into deals. Although it takes time to learn, once you get used to it, the setup is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just think it's not overly intuitive so you have to spend a lot of time just practicing in the tool to get to use it better. I have to flip back and forth between views to get exactly the data I want to see at one time and the reporting you starting all from scratch and it's hard to perfect.
