I love the new sales dashboard page for bdr to work from. Helps get reps working from tasks and setting themselves up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
For sales reps they want to see revenue an easy way to display goal and quota would be great

Sales Hub has been a game changer for our sales organization. What I like most is the clarity and alignment across the entire sales cycle

What I like least is that advanced automations and custom reports require a bit of a learning curve, but once set up, they work seamlessly

The integration with Marketing Hub and CRM creates a single source of truth, and dashboards make reporting and forecasting simplE
Easy use for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Saleshub is so user friendly. Our 200+ sales org uses it with relative ease
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the out of the box components like Target Accounts and Sales Prospecting were more customizable

Saleshub brings our entire sales org together for whitespace, cross sell and upsell motions alike. Our Marketing org also used MarketingHub so it unites our GTM teams

Quoting tool is within the commerce hub which is challenging

Great with automation of manual tasks and regular updates
What do you like best about the product?
The new advancements with notetaker has been a big help for us. Allowing for reps to focus on key sales activities and customer conversations instead of note taking. Makes it much clearing for coaching for our sales leaders.

Would like to see some more advancements with forecasting and product library management.

I like HubSpot sales hub because it is very user-friendly, intuitive, and there are a lot of opportunities for admin customization

Our internal team not adopting its use. I feel like the app could be better built for on the road sales teams
