Hubspot makes it super easy to keep on top of reaching out!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences make my job so much easier. I have over 100+ customers in my pipeline so to keep track of who to email next is a nightmare without Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay more to add multiple emails to a sequence at once. The price isn't worth it to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned reach out tips through the Hubspot Academy. This was very beneficial and I know that I got more responses using these techniques. Its also much easier to track what IO's we have run with what customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot works very well if you have a lot of customers and need to be organized. Especially if your main point of contact is through email.
Lead Sync is Great
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and user frindly. I have used it for 2 months and didn't face any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Hubspot crm everything is awesome but sometime it takes too much time to fetch the data. May be it can be because of my internet spees, i am not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using hubspot for my Facebook leads sync and it is really working awesome. I am getting my leads instantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is too good and very useful specially is sync of leads which I have used.
Needs a faster way to send sequences + download stats
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and personalizes emails very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to send emails one-by-one - there should be a way to send batch emails so it's not as time-consuming. There should also be more options for stats on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending various sales emails. Benefit would be personalization, but again, this process is slow/time-consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really expensive for what it is and if your sending sequences, it is a great platform but you will be spending a lot of time sending emails and there are other programs that do this a lot more efficiently. The reporting isn't as extensive as it needs to be too.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing emails leads. Using sequences to reply to emails and increase conversion as customers have a good response rate. Able to manage customers contacts easily. Reporting tools are easy to use and visually looks good. Overview of deals also enables us to keep track of deals and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in the reporting are missings. Require some comparison periods. Extensions only available in Chrome and some times Chrome lags. Snippets cannot add meeting link. Cannot search on snippets. The arrangement snippets are not in alphabetical order. It is not so easy to email using Hubspot dashboard. The threads are not easy to look at so I have to use gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customers information. Automated follow ups and task creations. Ease of generating reports and data cleaning.

Great CRM that is getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use CRM that has a ton of features to enable your team to organize outreach, deal levels, and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has some glitches primarily with phone calls but support has been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone calls not dialing, random errors, some activity not being fully tracked.

HubSpot For The Win!
What do you like best about the product?
CRM functionality is very user-friendly. It lets you navigate through the site easily and as a CRM it works exactly how you need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email sequences are extremely tedious. There is no way to mass upload the contacts you want into a sequence you have to manually add each contact one by one. It does allow you to personalize the content easily for each email however when I am creating a template I want to be able to automatically enroll 150 contacts to deploy at the same time with the same email and there is no way to mass upload its all one by one manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for our CRM is does exactly what we need it to for a CRM. There are certainly glitches that have really affected our organization at the time, like when it decides to not send out emails and tell you that it did it can really affect our outreach efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create templates and sequences for email that are still personalized and targeted, but make my process exponentially quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Sequence function was a little more intuitive, and you could add more emails per day to the sequence without having to go through each contact at a time. I would also like to be able to get a report for which contacts opened, clicked or bounced rather than having to scroll through each individual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made my job of emailing massive quantities of people much more simple and streamlined, taking much less time and remaining effective. I have realized that this helps cut down on human error as well, since I utilize templates and tokens to personalize my messages automatically.
Efficient, too the point, does it's job.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps streamline my sales process. Helps organize my day with task reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if HubSpot were to recognize companies by domain name better. On the contact page when I click the add company property a search bar appears. It would be nice to just copy paste a domain into that search bar instead of manually typing in the name of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once you get a sequence down it will save you a LOT of time. This allows me to spend more time servicing clients.
HubSpot Use
What do you like best about the product?
That you can easily see your dashboard and track sales in real time. It also is very helpful as I synced it up with my email account. I keep all my notes in there about clients and where things were left the last time we communicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the learning curve was quite steep.I'm still not sure if I know all of the functionalities and abilities of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one marketing platform- which is very nice. The ability to integrate with other programs is an added feature. Allows us to have a very detailed and through relationship with our customers - especially when different team members are working together.

Take the some of the courses available through HubSpot. They help you to understand the program and what you can do with it better.
Sequences - awesome new tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design of HubSpot and how easy it is to navigate. It's super user-friendly and a great way to collaborate with my team. The new sequences tool has not only saved time emailing prospects but also help us clean up our data by triggering a task once the sequence is finished to sort the contact into an appropriate list. I created static lists like 'Replied, Hot Lead', 'No Response', 'Bounced', 'Multiple opens and clicks', etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is nice to click through contacts when enrolling them into a sequence (making sure tokens are correct), it is a tedious task when enrolling a larger list. I would also love to see the system integrate more with other email servers. I am unable to use an email alias, or send from someone else on our team because we do not use Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to narrow lists down to the hottest leads and make emails/content more personalized to them. The sequences are also a great way to A/B test messaging. If I ever have a question or need help, the support team is punctual and thorough.

It is an easy, user-friendly system with great customer service. There are also tons of blogs, templates, and other downloadable resources that super valuable to have.
