Hubspot Helped me to gain more customers without data loss
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can be integrated to any website using a single piece of Js code and once the user fills an information in any of the pages It will be automatically added to the leads portal. So only a signle sign in is needed. It can also help to capture the leads from Facebook Ads to be in the lead base also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be much more simple the current colour pallete and all can be moved to a greyscale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said before It really helped me to limit my login to HubSpot only. Where as it was Difficult for me to login to multiple places to view the leads before I implement HubSpot
Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot mostly for the email sequences to send prospects. It is very easy to use and is far superior to other email tools out there. Hubspot's chrome extension lets me thoroughly track the stages, email opens and email clicks, which really focuses my Sales outreach to be more targeted.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to enroll each and every contact manually into a sequence. But since Hubspot is not a mass emailing tool, I understand why they do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire Sales cycle is tracked in Hubspot and makes it very easy to handle each prospect. Solid CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the constant updates they implement. Always looking to build a better platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They occasionally have system downtime. This can be inefficient at times but not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are generating lead flow for our business and it definitely helps keep track of prospects.
My favorite lead management software!!!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect is the ability to see up to the minute what interactions I have had with my leads including once they open my emails. I also love all of the filters for tracking activity and history with my leads. I take great advantage of the sequencing options for creating follow-up tasks for large groups at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my dislikes actually stem more from the assigned accessibility from my GM rather than anything wrong with Hubspot. Although I don't like when I delete a lead that it just gets recycled back into the system. I don't know if that is standard or just a settings preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My lead management has gone to a whole new level with this software. I am able to maximize my time and make each hour more productive at work now. Time is money!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend giving it a try! The ability to track and maintain your business is an invaluable asset in any sales or service based business!
Sequences allowed me to spend more time engaging with customers over the phone rather than via email
What do you like best about the product?
It's cut my time spent on tasks everyday buy 60% so that I can focus on more important things especially my deals in the later stage of my pipeline.

We have a limit to how many sequences we can send...such a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few minor product updates I feel that could be an easy fix and they would be so helpful but haven't' been made yet. Example. organizing my meeting links in the order I want them in.
Benefits. Well, it's helped me automate a LOT of things that only took me 7 months of using Hubspot to realize in a smalls startup where training is mostly self-taught. Basically I come to work every day and ask myself; What can I automate today?... and then I go try to figure it out.

Easy to use, error free and integrated so you know what is going on and who to pursue.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, logical construction and enough analytics to be very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid version based on contact count gets expensive very quickly....so we stripped it back to a reasonable cost

Very reliable drip campaigns that are action orientated ie. ensure you follow up correctly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reduce price and dont price with a variable of contacts - this is a disincentive
HubSpot is an incredible CRM that makes my client management and sales a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot CRM integrates seamlessly with our email platform so that all correspondence is tracked effortlessly. Additionally, it is simply to include a meeting link for contact to book time on my calendar. HubSpot has also made it easy to maintain communication with contacts over time and follow up after conferences is quick and easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that there isn't a way to duplicate a deal. With long term client relationships, I'll often have annual renewals. It would be nice to be able to close a current deal and duplicate it with a future close date for easy deal forecasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to manage a large number of contacts using email alone. HubSpot CRM allows us to reach out proactively to the right clients at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how integrated Hubspot is in my emails, making it easy for me to track and find contacts and conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many aspects of Hubspot seem to not be flushed out. For example, the deal stage process has lots of little problems that we've had to develop work arounds for (such as not tracking the date for when deals change stages and not having full gateways when moving deals). Additionally, the task and follow up features are complicated and not entirely useful. Furthermore, the sequencing feature is bulky, challenging, and not intuitive. One example of this is the inability to enroll contacts in multiple sequences. Another example is that contacts can only be automatically unenrolled if they reply, not if they open or click through. You also cannot view who has opened emails in the sequence page, you have to go contact by contact. There are many other little issues with Hubspot that don't seem too bad, but added up, cause lots of workarounds and issues. Lastly, randomly, some of our contacts are not sent emails for sequences they're enrolled in and even though we're working with Hubspot, we can't seem to get to the root of the problem.

Hubspot helps us organize our contacts and helps us facilitate our outreach even though we've had to create workarounds for some of the issues. Ultimately, Hubspot has shown us the value a CRM offers
Smooth as ice!
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are the most useful tool within HubSpot's CRM. I absolutely love them! They make our sales process so straight forward and streamed lined. Which makes it very efficient to stay on top of sales all across the board!

I was stuck on this question trying to think of an honest answer. Sorry, I can honestly say that I can't think of anything I really dislike about HubSpot's CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems we are able to solve is getting potential customers to respond by using the sequences. Those emails sent out to them every few days really works with getting a response! Sometimes, they may miss an initial email, so those follow up emails in the sequences really do the trick! It also helps our company as a whole with time efficiency. The fact that we don't have to remember to send emails every few days etc. In the end, one of the main benefits is that we are able to show solidarity as a company and gaining more customer for sure!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The trial version is great for starters, but purchasing one of their CRM packages is much more worth it! Mainly, because of the additional features that you're able to use. Specifically within the sequences and tasks! Those tasks are helpful as ever!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool for me on HS is the "Sales" tab. It has all the tracking and organizational features that you will need to stay on top of your pipeline. The upside to using HS is that you will work more efficient which will translate into more productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful feature of HS is the Dashboard. Only because I feel it can have more detailed info or at least be more customizable to show analytics that I am interested in.

HS CRM is helping me reach more prospects. The automation of the sequences and quick tracking have streamlined my sales process
