HubSpot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is user-friendly, with a lot of features that all big CRM's currently have. The reports, analytics and processes make it easy for users to keep track of prospecting, and all pertinent data related to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have been using another big CRM (Salesforce) it is going to take some time to figure out and navigate the completely different look and feel. While HubSpot preforms a majority of the same functions, getting used to the new look will drive you crazy.... At first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problems of tracking emails and replies from contacts. It's analytic tools work well for prospecting into customers who visit your website and click links.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely does what it needs to do. User Friendly and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
You can go through each person's email one by one and you can set it up on a timeline that works with you. An example would be you can set up an email to go out every couple of days and make it stop and you can follow up with a phone call or in-person meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I want to see all my notes about each client or company that I enter more clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it a lot for sequences, it's literally a set it and forget it tool once it's set up for your emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Outreach in the past for email sequences. Working for a new company they implemented Hubspot and once I found how similar it was I was very excited. I easily dropped in my sequenced email series and started dropping people in them. It has worked very well and I would tell others to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum amount of emails (5) that can be in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a CRM that can also act as my marketing automation platform had solved many problems and made me more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is kept track of in one place. I appreciate being able to find clients and all of the activity associated with them, and that emails can be tracked from Outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches that make things confusing to use among my colleagues and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep track of sales, issues, and contacts all in one place. It helps us more easily be able t report on what's going on in the company and how it's growing.
Hubspot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big user of Hubspot's sequences/workflows to automate my prospect touchpoints. It makes things super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's super simple to use for what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management/pipeline management for leads and opps. Hubspot has taken the guess work out of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to organize and use data; the task reminders are very helpful and sequences easy to build. I like the ability to view past emails and phone call information all in one spot so that I can easily refer to information when I am on calls or corresponding with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an auto save button when building sequences, as I built a long sequence and thought I had saved, and lost all of the info I had spent the last 2 hours inputting. Also, when I created a clone to make sure I had a copy of a sequence, after I did have one, when I deleted the clone, it seemed to delete my original sequence. Was very frustrating after 2 hours of work creating it!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and organization of information has helped get rid of duplicates, extra manual work, and has all of the info in one place. Have benefited from the layout, organization and availability of information at one touch.

Go through tutorial/help to understand all of the functions and options for using Hubspot.
How Sequences Increased My Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track my emails as well as add candidates to sequences. It's great to be able to follow up with candidates and/or customers without having to curate each email separately. Also, being in a Marketing role, it's awesome to be able to complete courses through the Hubspot Marketing tab. I thoroughly enjoy the videos and articles that have been provided at such easy use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to search attachments that I've added into my database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every so often, Hubspot gets booted out of my Outlook email. However, it's awesome to be able to integrate my email with Hubspot, so every email I send out is tracked into Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best piece of advice would be to make sure that you always document everything and create your own tabs/drop-downs. Hubspot gives you the option to make the space your own, be sure to utilize it! Additionally, reach out to support if you need help. They are great with helping you solve any issues and respond in a timely manner. Lastly, make sure you use every tool they offer. Tasks are an essential in my particular role. Once you create a task, you can add your tasks to follow-up folders for each day of the week (or title the folders whatever you like, this is just what I do) and Hubspot emails you when you have a task due.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are best feature, 2nd best is activities, however I wish location was available
What do you dislike about the product?
can't export or search attachments as needed with other ATS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cant export or search data on attachment files, having trouble with Zappier integrations however that may be user error. Main benefit is sequence feature and outlook integration

Give it a try, it has worked well for us for 3+ years

I enjoy how intuitive the platform is. Although it is simple and easy to use, the robust capabilities to meet most requirements is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i've had was the in sequences there is no way to set the delay timing to business days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales development representative my goal is to engage the market and various types of prospects and Hubspot CRM has enable me to efficiently connect with dozens of prospects through the multiple types of touch points at any given time.

If you are looking a quick on board for sales users hubspot CRM seems to be second to none
A convenient experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly hubspot integrates with Gmail. We can see when people are reading the emails or clicking on links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this would be more difficult to manage without having someone on your team dedicated to the platform. I've had lots of questions for him because I am unsure of how to set up certain users or link them properly to certain accounts. I also don't like how I can't see on Gmail when the people I email read the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think, as a salesperson, I'm solving a better way to reach out to a person efficiently instead of having to go one by one through each of my sent emails. The more efficient I can be, the more sales I can get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this over Salesforce because it allows you to get more detailed and quickly integrates.
