Hubspot great automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The part I like the most outside of Hubspot's ease of use, is their automation tool. It makes following up with potential leads, seamless and automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I have is their sequence tool only allows you to use a black font to write the emails. It can look a little generic/ blasty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps our team monitor or deals in the pipeline and our close ratio. On top of great reporting, it allows us to automate many manual tendencies.

Hubspot will provide great value to any sales team looking to make their CRM a core competency.
Intuitive CRM that is great for automation and comms to clients
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to track your comms with any account/contact. Timeline based view, with many options to set up sequences, include reminders and touch points, and integrate with other apps for further automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the search is not as effective for all contact properties. Perhaps consider additional reach of search tool to include text from conversations and even allow prioritization for what returns results when users know which exact property they are searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective sequencing of actions and emails to contacts, with good metrics to indicate further the efficacy of said communications. Seeing open rates, reply rates and real data really helps us make adjustments to our messaging rather than relying on a "hunch"
Very good CRM - and if an issue happens they are right there to chat and figure it out.
What do you like best about the product?
The chat help tool is the best thing. If I have a question or issue they are there. I like the scheduling of email replies. The sequence tool and data provided is useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I have people enrolled into a sequence and they will reply. At that time HubSpot is supposed to un-enroll them so the sequence stops. There have been a handful of time when they would not be unenrolled and I will have to do it myself. Not a huge deal but the one thing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite benefit is scheduling emails. I know people look at their emails and reply most in the mornings. So if I really need a reply I will schedule and it will go out at the time I tell it to. Then the email will be at the top of their inbox when they get to work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! You can only find out they are useful. and ask for help!
Intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Hubspot does a great job of building an intuitive interface, easy to use filters, and helpful build-ins to make the most out of your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any tech product you are likely to see drops in service or small mistakes from time to time. Something you'll see everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out Hubspot with personal preferences (sequences, snippets, templates, etc..) allows you to drastically improve your efficiency while filters and views allows you to step out and organize your daily workflow in an insightful way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tutorials and the content that Hubspot puts out is highly valuable - and free! To pass up on this is a huge mistake, and while I understand sitting through a video just to learn an already intuitive software seems like a waste - it will improve your effectiveness!

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from using salesforce at my last job, the platform itself is easier to navigate. I like the call out features. It's easy to create emails and contacts without jumping through a lot of hoops. The sequences are great when they work properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the sequences but every so often the people who reply are not unenrolled and I have to track them all down and do it myself. There seem to be a lot of days where things are having issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more people faster and following up with them has been easier.
Powerful tool to increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot, better than any other CRM's, allows you to manage email, calls, tasks, etc.
You can be hyper organized and not get bogged down by having to manually move tasks around one by one.

A few backend functions, like calling and sequencing, have gone down with my time using HubSpot so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to be way more productive by managing everything from one place: calls, tasks, emails, etc. I can see movement on my emails I send out, I can reach a ton of clients very quickly with sequencing. It's great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what other items it would eliminate.
Great for startups with limited budget. Needs more advanced features for midmarket/enterprise level.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does the following exceptionally well: contact lists, marketing and sequence emails, landing pages, blogs, and simple if/then automated workflows. They make the UI extremely easy to use and their self-service and support is top notch - support requests usually get a response within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still much to be desired with their sequence reporting and incorporating that specific functionality into workflows. While workflows are dead easy, being able to do more complicated triggers based on field value changes or being able to create dependent fields is still not available. For more complex orgs that require this kind of functionality, you're better served with something like Marketo. And don't try to use HubSpot for ABM unfortunately, since it's contact based and not account based, you will struggle with trying to get reporting working the way you need it. Their reporting in general is pretty basic unless you pay for the add-on, which is something I feel should be included in the base package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is great at getting you started with a foundation for marketing automation, demand generation, and automated sales engagement. For startups and smaller companies with limited resources, it's a game changer to help boost marketing efficiency and drive conversions.
Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this CRM is straightforward and easy to use. I have used two other CRM's prior to HubSpot and both were much more cumbersome and less user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that HubSpot would notify me or red flag that I have already reached out to a particular contact before I re-target them. It would also be great to get notifications when a contact has opened up a sequence 3 or more times. It would also be nice if you could have the option to unenroll all contacts from a company once you get a response that would make you do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A pretty seamless experience between marketing and sales efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Hubspot in this most recent use case, was the ability to set up email sequences to prospects, enroll the email list, and Hubspot did the rest! Sending the original email and the 2 subsequent follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside when I was using the email sequencing was that I had to click to enroll each email on the list one by one - however, I'm unsure if that was my lack of knowledge on a more streamlined way or if it was a product of the current Hubspot package we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only the ability to send out emails on behalf of my reps, but track those emails, track the open rate, response rate, link open rate, and more! All of this is used on our end to better target and reach out in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool for email sequences and email tracking with an impactful amount of analytics offered.
Helpful and user-friendly CRM overall but a few processes are cumbersome.

Performance metrics are easy to measure, custom reports are extremely flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enrolling multiple contacts in a sequence is inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking call and email outcomes, booking meetings, maintaining touch points more successfully.

I think their could be some UI improvements when it comes to using the CRM to manage cold call lists, email lists, etc.
I think there should be a one-touch feature for enrolling multiple contacts in a sequence, as right now you must click each individually.
