Hubspot CRM review from a BDR standpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequence feature the best. It really helps me automate my prospecting and out reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only send 5 email per sequence. It takes 10-12 touches on average to reach a cold prospect - so it would be nice to be able to automate more emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM organizes our leads and allows us to organize our sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many CRM's throughout my sales career and I find HubSpot to be the best I've used. Their sequencing tool allows me to send multiple email sequences to my target audience. I would highly recommend HubSpot to anyone
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could send more sequences. There's a daily limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate follow-up messaging to a large number of prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set up and the seamless way that you can communicate with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing on the initial set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate with customers quickly and without much effort. I am able to reach a large volume of customers without having to re-write emails. I am able to manage open rates on emails and contact customers quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's tools allow my small business with limited resources to go after the clients we want with a tremendous level of professionalism, scale, and efficiency. It allows us to punch above our weight. Of particular note is the Sequences tool, which allows us to write down our best thinking on why a prospect should work with us and then deliver that in a highly personalized yet automated manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot generally listens to its user community and is responsive to some/many of their requests, there are some areas where HubSpot can come across as tone deaf. The same Sequences tool that we love, for instance, would be trivially easy to improve by expanding the number of actions that Sequences automates, and many in the user community are salivating for such an improvement. The message I seem to get from HubSpot when I engage them about this is that the user community is doing it wrong ... hmmm.

One of the best lead gen / CRM tools in the space!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust the reporting is, the wealth of sales/marketing automation tools, and how granular you can get with specific data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little time for the lists to query, but other than that, no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It empowers me to have at least a 5x capacity over traditional sales enablement setups. It also helps to create a sales environment for my entire sales team.

notes are a mess and account/contact history is a mess as well to find. emails a mess

a more structured workplace is nice. can do call blast quick, or emails as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales dashboard that allows you to view all statistics pertaining to outreach and contact uploads. It allows for the prospecting process to be conducted at a faster, more efficient pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to group upload contacts to company pages.

I am solving the problems of simplifying the outreach process as well as making the prospecting process

I love how easy it is to add contacts to email sequences, and to crete email sequences

There could be easier ways to sort through contacts

HubSpot has allowed us to cut prospecting time in half by importing contacts

Use their instructional videos, they're super helpful
Well rounded and usable platform with great customer service

Having everything in one place is definitely the biggest advantage of our transition to hubspot. It's very easy to pick up for new employees and new features are added regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization and heavy focus on inbound over outbound. Definitely understandable that this is their niche but for most B2B SaaS orgs I imagine this is a common concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating support, marketing, sales and our website to maintain more accurate customer data and save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan to commit 1-3 months for implementation as there is plenty of work to do if you have established processes.

Emails sent to junk more frequently - It appears subject lines need to be frequently changed.
