Nothing but good things to say about this tool .... very easy to maneuver and very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Personaly I really like the the task feature ... i like being able to seperate my calls and email tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the way in which mass amounts of people have to be enrolled in a sequence ..... clicking one by one seems like something that could be done in one shot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the benefits of prospecting are incredicble .... customer and account mmangement made easy !
Intuitive & Business-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the intuitive nature of the program that allows me to smoothly do my job daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the interaction between Hubspot and my email account where sometimes there can be a disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple organization of client information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its automated functions and the fact that basically i have only to modify few little things and i really love when i receive email reading notifications

I DON'T DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS INCREDIBLE APP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every problem related to email list, email reading, adding contacts etc...it's really amazing and basically it's free

Great Reports can be buggy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics on the reports dashboard and the ability to track live data sets to help improve the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very buggy sometimes. When going through contacts if there is only two pages once you hit next you cant go back to the original page you actually have to go back no your browser. The threads on the activity for email conversation can be messy and hard to understand sometimes

Solving my sales process and keeping organization on a day to day basis
Great features that help with communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can automatically have my communication go into and from Hubspot with each of my prospects. One feature I've been using more and more are the sequences. This is fantastic to see how many people are actually receiving, opening and clicking through on my emails and are very personalized versus your typical mass email service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the option to select multiple contacts to add to sequences at a time versus one at a time. Would also like an SMS texting feature to send/receive texts directly in the Hubspot CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication tracking as well as better tracking of prospects and their various stages of the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth a shot, even the free version should give you a pretty good idea.
Work Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
The user interphase is extremely easy to work with - very natural and enhances my day-to-day job performance. Using the technology to leverage job functionality has benefits beyond what I am able to find the words to accurately describe -- I have more time to find and manage more leads, I have access to real-time data of outbound communications and I have the ability to make changes to better improve the quality and relevance of information shared with prospects and customers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of alerts that are un-necessary and/or I do not know how to properly edit alerts. Ex. the same email can be opened and re-opened endless amounts of time for days and weeks after the email is sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is knowing when/if the email is received and opened - that is huge but is only the surface. Using the reports one can test and try alternate messaging to improve results which I think is beneficial to the recipient in that they are receiving higher valued messaging -- which feedback to enhancing the perception of being a higher valued service provider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product/service if you are new to CRM - if you are a true beginner like me this will have an immediate impact on your productivity as well as leads and lead managment.
Sequences are AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
It freaking automates my outreach! It also helps keep me on track with who I need to follow up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make changes to a template within the sequence. And with multiple users, sometimes sequences get messed up (IE. someone clones something but it somehow ruins my templates)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before, automation is awesome. I have actually never used a system that did that before.

Just do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to send emails so easy to new prospects. It makes outreach so much easier when you deal with as many clients as I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could make the experience much easier. If you're sending it to multiple clients it would be nice to be able to set a default time and date so you don't have to change it for every single client, this would save a huge amount of time. Everything else I think is great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said earlier, I love using the sequences to help me with outreach. Saves me so much time. I also like having all of my contacts and to be able to reference all of the contacts quickly is amazing.

It is a great CRM, the best one that I have used so far.
Great CRM that integrates with current workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great CRM for keeping track of sales and conversations with prospects. It also integrates with gmail for tracking conversations
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like using the forecasting and deals tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot of sales and keeping track of prospects. It helps us judge how hot or cold a lead is and keep track of conversations with them. We also can see read receipts on emails and host documents on hubspot

Integrate Hubspot with Gmail for a much better experience!
HubSpot CRM User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I was a beginner to this software and it was really easy to pick up and start using right away. It is incredibly user friendly and for a small business like mine, it allows us to use a variety of features which aren't there in other softwares we are provided with. My personal favorite is the Sequences tool which allows us to express our ideas and thinking, which makes our process efficient and clean. This tool also has a free built in email creator which has responses and a notification and reminder system. In addition, the mobile application is very easy to use and the UI is simple and pristine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the mobile application is nice, the web application has for more features and the layout is easier. The mobile application can improve by adding these features to this product, but other than that it is a very good software with a variety of tool sets. There is simply more accessibility built into the system of the web application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very beneficial for live monitoring and it gives constant reminders which is helpful for our team. Moreover, it is good for interacting in between teams and the communication aspect is superior.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely make use of the web application and use the Sequences tool, once you stop using it you won't ever go back to using any other product! It is very effective for marketing mass emails too!
