Hubspot is great, it is so user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can help me organize my contacts and how easy those contacts can be accessed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little spotty when it comes to calling my contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me motivated throughout my day. It also allows me to out contacts into a queue.
I have had a great experience. Would recommend.

Email is definitely the most helpful tool. Very transparent, easy to use, and helpful to see who is opening emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call feature isn't as good as it can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only problems w calls. Benefits is seeing when people open emails

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are a great service, ease of use and daily tasks are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is sometimes slow. The last couple of days this has been quite an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of leads, contacts and emails. Great report services also allow team meetings to run smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
With sequencing I can reach hundreds of contacts a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing -- HubSpot is nearly perfect. I think they and the support are cutting edge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make touches, load contacts with minimal data entry, and it moves the sales funnel like no other tool out there.

The automation involved. It makes contacting customers and prospects much easier.

Nothing, Hubspot Sequences work like a charm. It's impossible to not love Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest benefit is reaching people when I forget. Automating emails, logging calls. Keeps me on track with my goals.

Use it if you need your company to be on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes sending, tracking and following up with emails easy and hassle free. It saves time and keeps consistency within the organization when dealing with outside people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its easy to use and does what it says.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with sales emails, knowing who has/has not looked at emails sent out.

Test it out and ask lots of questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it tracks the prospect and the actions that they take on our site. This way we know what they are interested in or what may be a good talk track for us to start with them.
I also like the workflows that I can create to trigger different actions within Hubspot and Salesforce.

Sometimes the sync between Hubspot and Salesforce breaks and is a little tricky, but not often enough for me to stop using the tool.

Where our leads are coming from, and what pages they are looking at, forms they're filling out, etc.
A great one stop shop for Sales needs
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the platform easy to use and when I suddenly need a new feature, I find that it is almost always already available for me in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a shame that the HHubspot calling from mobile app was removed as my sales agents used in a lot while on the road engaging with leads. Also the manner and communication of its shut down was not handled well.

It has become the cornerstone of managing the business, Having every thing in one place has been key.

It was pretty simple to use and to customize to fit the needs of the publication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it was difficult to bring photos into the system and place them in the correct spots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allowed me to reach a large email list and get my content read by the community.

If you're having issues, Hubspot's customer service was always very helpful so don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call!
