Provides a ton of great functionality for sales reps

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using HubSpot Sales for a while now, and what I like the most is how everything feels connected and easy to use. Instead of jumping between different tools, I can manage deals, track communication, and get insights all in one place.
The reporting is super clear and helps me (and my team) understand what’s working and what’s not without spending hours pulling data. I also like how HubSpot integrates with ads and makes it easier to connect campaigns with real results in the pipeline.
Workflows and automation are a big plus—once you set them up, they save so much time and keep leads from slipping through the cracks. And honestly, the learning curve is not steep at all compared to other CRMs I’ve tried.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, sometimes the system feels a bit too rigid—you have to adapt your processes to HubSpot’s way of doing things. Customization is there, but not as flexible as I’d like, especially when it comes to very specific reporting. Also, if you’re scaling fast, the price can become a bit heavy as you add more seats and features.

Seamless Onboarding, Excellent Support, and an Easy Star
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was excellent and made it easy to get up to speed quickly. The platform feels intuitive, the setup gave us confidence from day one, and the support team has been consistently responsive and helpful. It feels like more than just software, it feels like a partner invested in our success.

So far, there’s very little to dislike. We’re still learning the full depth of the platform, so the biggest challenge is simply the amount of functionality to explore. A bit more guided coaching on advanced features would make the experience even stronger.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us organize our sales process in one place, track activity, and get real visibility into what’s working. It takes away the guesswork of scattered tools and gives our team a system they can actually use every day. The benefit is better follow-up, more efficiency, and a clear path to hitting our goals.

Information is where I need, it’s easy to filter, search and visualize. Hubspot allows a lot of customization that really makes a difference on getting the correct information at the right time
