What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface and advanced features and integration.HubSpot CRM is a smart and easy option that carries all the necessary basic features but without the often confusing complexity many other CRM platforms have. Beginners and mid-market companies will also appreciate the fact that HubSpot CRM is currently a certified, premier Google partner, and is a solution that suits well all niches and industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM doesn’t aim to dislodge Salesforce from the top spot; rather, to complement it. Salesforce has rich enterprise functionality, deep analytics, case management and reporting, but they’re geared towards the sales manager or director of large sales departments. HubSpot CRM, on the other hand, wants to assist sales reps and teams to improve their productivity. In many cases, small and medium-sized businesses will find in HubSpot all the CRM tools they’ll need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is everything you need to organize, track, and nurture your leads and customers.You cannot import notes, previous emails, attachments and timeline activity with your contacts, companies and deals.

Multifaceted Contact Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot CRM allows for cross-team communication through the sales and marketing hub, as well as the organization it provides Customer Service for a seamless experience for both customers and internal users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve with all the functionality and abilities. We've had to adjust to learning the difference between tickets and emails and how to properly close each ticket out to ensure the problems or situations are handled and taken care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer are our inboxes overcrowded with emails and we're able to keep track of conversations and assign to proper team member to handle situations in a timely manner. We're also able to see which team member handled the customer situation at hand and how to improve their communications if necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask as many questions as possible during the implementation process. If you have an assigned rep, take advantage of their assistance whenever possible, they are great with providing solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for use in social media marketing, and tracking clients' progress. Good for inbound access to support
What do you dislike about the product?
It's good but the cost is expensive. There's a confusion with the tickets and email though it worked properly. There's nothing more to say regarding this product. I suppose you should ask a lot of questions pertaining to this website

I'm sure sure if it is working properly and there are no good leads.

This website is for those who are really into the business world who wants to organize, track, and communicate with their customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The Application is one of the best of its kind, It helps as a virtual diary. The mobile application gives even a better support and easy to use and the usages. I am happy to extend the thought to others. The Hub spot application helps in the interacting with various departments such as sales / Marketing & Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, however the mobile app can be much better improvised as the features given in the web application is higher. The features in the Web app is more elaborate that what is given in the Mobile application. Would suggest the mobile application to be better in use so that the end user can have a better accessibility on the application

We are able to interact with various departments Like Marketing , Sales & Management etc. The tool is every effective helps in live monitoring

Simple and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Keep track of tasks on PC and Mobile. Very easy to manage the deal pipeline and also to monitor the team's progress on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app lacks lot of functionality and has great scope for improvement. When contacts are assigned by one executive to another, the ownership transfer process takes a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't miss potential customers as I can easily keep track of contacts, previous conversations and associated tasks.

Intuitive, expansive product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect Hubspot to other platforms we use, and how adaptable it is for our use cases. The collaboration tools are also really useful. The automation capabilities are also fantastic-the sequences save our team so much time. The notifications in real time when someone is engaging with our content are also immensely helpful. This allows our sales team to be the most effective, and since we don't have full-time sales staff yet, it really helps balance workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any yet. The platform has met my expectations. Perhaps the reporting options could be a little more robust, but for the most part we can get what we need out of the product and its integrations with our other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it both to track existing and potential customer activity, and we're using cases to manage client projects. It's been great to have the ability to do both of these things in one place. We are able to see the effectiveness of our marketing efforts in real time, and make adjustments on the fly. We also appreciate the integrated suggestions to make our messages more personal.

What do you like best about the product?
Data management and reporting allow you to manage and queue prospects based on a number of factors to ensure the best use of your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online aspect of the CRM means that when your internet is down, your CRM is too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage pipelines and prospects in a way which can be easily reported, analysed and worked efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the contact's organisation and grouping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the usability is a bit off. It's exactly 100% practical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far solved the issue of following up an email automatically by setting a task (into the correct folder)after let's say 2 sequences. This, in turn, makes it simpler to achieve my KPI expectations.

Introduced HubSpot to replace spreadsheets and notes for all our clients. Now everything is tracked and accessible in one place making life much easier and everything more efficient and productive

Having to keep signing in within Gmail to keep everything tracked, particularly in a shared inbox
