Great sales tools and crm
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for the sales team to be able to view marketing activity within the same platform. Hubspot are always adding new features such as hubspot conversations. They are continually making improvements as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues we have with not being able to merge deals but we have a workaround. Also it’s difficult for the channel team as contacts and all their emails and information appear on multiple unrelated deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The eSignature feature is great and saves a lot of time. Holds a lot of information on the contact. Before sales worked across multiple platforms now they can do a lot in hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is a widely used program currently, which has many advantages, two of which stand out the most: The first: Its updates allow me to have a new vision of what it offers me every 10 minutes. The second: This allows me to know in real-time what is happening with my company's prospects to act quickly and streamline operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I feel very satisfied with this program, as its updates are very constant, in addition to being easy to use and very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is very helpful, specifically in the sales area, as it lets them know what is happening in their field of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is 100% recommended, as it is very versatile, fast, and very easy to use, in addition to providing updates at the best time.
Good for small companies, does not scale easily.

HubSpot CRM is great if you have a handful of salespeople. It is very good to collaborate with marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks automation, you cannot associate one contact to many companies easily, the pipeline does not show totals, no forecasting functionality. The reporting tool is also very weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automation has made our interaction with marketing much easier. Also, using proper lifecycle stages really helps in identifying which prospects need what type of content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how you sell before you purchase. This tool is great for SaaS companies who have a repeatable sales process. It is difficult to set up properly if you use a channel sales tactic.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all in one tool that your marketing and sales team can leverage.

It takes a little bit of time to understand how each and every feature works.

We have a consolidated list of our contacts, leads, and deals. Our sales team heavily utilizes Hubspot to keep track of conversations and potential buyers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a market leader. The product justifies it. It can take care of all your marketing and sales needs. It's the best that I've seen. It has a learning curve but it's worth it.
Intuitive, easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I find the HubSpot workflows to be the most beneficial feature of the CRM. HubSpot makes building email drip campaigns or nurtures easy with drag and drop functionality. The ability to tailor workflows to fit a variety of personas and circumstances enables sophisticated marketing campaigns with zero skill necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration is not always perfect, and without our full-time HubSpot administrator, managing HubSpot would be a mess at a certain point. I also find some of the templates for emails limiting. Other than that, however, there is not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of our email marketing automation issues with HubSpot. Its ease of use across functional teams enables our team to easily onboard users and to explain concepts. HubSpot also has the added benefit of a great training and product education program, emphasizing inbound marketing while also teaching valuable functionality. WE are also effectively managing our contact lists for large email sends with HubSpot.
Highly useful CRM for saving time in your Sales Procedure
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature for me is tracking emails, so you can have and see all the past interactions with this contact, and share it with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite difficult to import sheets from your own database if you don't have the same way of administrating leads as HubSpot (For example, if you organize your leads in companies, rather than contacts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, and easy coordination with my team.

Very straight forward CRM system with convenient interface giving salespeople all the info they need on one screen. Very easy to track deals and amazing customer support!

It's hard to conveniently pull data from their database and create associations since they seem to not be using a relationship-based database

It's easy in Hubspot to assign contacts/accounts to different team members.

It is easy to manage all the partners I have, together with deals, emails and so on.

This platform can do a ridiculous amount of things!! I like how you've got the customer service guys always on hand that you can book a session in with whenever you need. Sometimes need a quick reminder on how those workflows work..
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is hard to use at first, worth it in the end though!

We have streamlined many of our means of marketing and new business lead gen.

Take notes during your training sessions and do the free lessons!
The CRM has been challenging to learn but in the end we know it is a useful tool.

The CRM is helpful with a team of sales staff to communicate calls, outreach etc. to our customers and be on point with follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning and implementing all the components such as forms, tokens etc. we are still learning but I am sure with time we will get it all dialed in and be happy that the work and time was committed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all communication in one area that is accessible is a big problem solver. The benefits are unlimited but so far the reminders coming up on email have been a benefit.

I advise that this tool is used for clients that do not have a tracking system for sales/clients.
