Better than Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I like the colorful and user friendly interface and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that with 'sequences' it will move forward with the "steps" even when you haven't completed the first one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my disorganization skills and being able to see all of the history right in front of you enables you to see sales patterns

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Crm is one of the best services I have ever had the privilage to work with. I have used Sales Force in the past and it doesn't even compare. HubSpot is so much easier to navigate through. The templates, documents you can create and than just add them to your email as you send out emails. I send out so many emails a day that this truly has saved me hours in my day. I don't have to copy and paste. I don;t have to type the same email a 1,000 times I can just go to template and it creates the email for me. Just go to documents and click file add documents to email. Book a meeting with Brent is awesome as well. A link I insert into my email through HubSpot services where my customer or prospect can book a meeting with me through my email. HubSpot than automatically sends webinar invite to customer or prospect. Plus sends on my behalf 2 different email reminders for webinar. I do get notified when my email has been opened or a link within the email is clicked on.I really do like this but like I said it doesn't show where it was opened. It does show you who opened it though. Thank you HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I don't like EXCEPT that the fact they took away where it shows when someone opens my email where they are opening it at. What country or state. I do get notified when my email has been opened or a link within the email is clicked on.I really do like this but like I said it doesn't show where it was opened. It does show you who opened it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just like I mentioned above. Saves me hours on sending emails. Notifies me when email or link in email has been clicked on or opened. I don't have to type the same email over and over again. I can use templates and bam in just a matter of seconds my email is done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it no doubt. Definitely worth it. It will save you so much time.

Hubspot Review

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity that Hubspot offers. It's very user friendly and intuitive to use. The Deals function is what I use the most. One of my favorite things is how when you are adding a new Contact it will tell you if someone is already in your contacts, keeping you from having to go through that process of adding them again. I also really enjoy having the Google Chrome extension, so it pulls my emails into the activity section of the deals without having to reference back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most CRMs I have used in the past have a "Won" and "Lost" function where Won typically converts them to a current customer. On Hubspot we have just had to make won/lost/abandoned stages at the end of the pipeline to keep it organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better staying on top of our sales pipeline. The reporting tools have been beneficial for us to see how many people we have coming in every week and determining what our close rates are. We have better been able to focus on creating new opportunities and deals because we aren't having to worry about all of the current ones being unorganized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design of the tool, it's very intuitive and fast to find the features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to create and integrate a feature to send a message for WhatsApp! I work in the Brazilian market and there this is the priority communicator to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the hubspost, I work quickly to contact my clients and schedule their information.

A great sales CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few CRM systems in the past, however Hubspot beats them all hands down.
I particularly like that I can track what my leads are doing, are they opening my emails, re-visiting my website. I also like the deal pipeline so I can see at what stages my customers are at and if there's a particular area that I need to revisit or focus on.

The task feature is great because it means I can't forget to make a call or contact a lead.

Having an automated integrated system is absolutely fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes leads and deals can become merged which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's had a huge impact on how organised and productive the team is.

What do you like best about the product?
I live in HubSpot all day long and it helps me by keeping my tasks in order and by notifying me at the times I requested. I love being able to make my daily calls straight through the CRM. It's time saving and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all Gmail emails attach to HubSpot. I don't always remember to hit the track button which resets every now and then. When I try to complete certain fields I don't necessarily care for the explanation that hovers over the entire field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboard eliminates a lot of he said she said and it's clear who is utilizing it and who's not. It makes it so much easier to hold people accountable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves me so much time and eliminates redundant efforts in recreating same message. Allows me more time to actual call and speak with potential clients. I appreciate the advice for writing a better email or if it is missing a question--that really helped and I have added it to my templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see a entire snapshot of my lists.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can input so much information and then filter by multiple fields. I also like that you can view the data in different ways to be able to organize it in a way that works for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if you don't search with exactly the same formatting it will not pull up similar searches or fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to clean up and refine the majority of the data that we have input into the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that it is a good system and can work for so many purposes so it is definitely worth giving it a shot for your company.

A great organizational tool to track your prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the Tasks feature on HubSpot as an SDR. By creating Tasks for myself, I am able to efficiently organize contacting my leads in a systematic way. We create an email campaign that consists of 5 emails being delivered over time. The only way the next email is delivered is if I have completed the task of calling the lead first. This helps us methodically go after our leads in a way that we are likely to make contact. The Tasks feature also helps keep myself very organized so I do not forget to follow up. HubSpot is easy to use, intuitive, and is well designed to track the success of your sales efforts. I love being able to see all the statistics as well. A must-have tool if you want to manage your customers and prospects!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my call outcomes do not stay selected. This affects our tracking of types of calls. It seems that with a little patience, they will stay selected. As an SDR, I am trying to get in a lot of calls each day, so I like to be able to move on quickly to the next lead, but I am often having to click several times or wait to make sure the call outcome stays selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not used other CRM tools before, so I don't really have anything to compare to. I know that HubSpot has been incredibly easy to learn, given that I've never used a CRM. I love being able to go back in the history and see all the communications my team has had with a prospect. This allows me to get caught up quickly before I call someone. I love all the different tracking features which helps me stay informed and up to date with the leads.
